Very interesting, informative and helpful Ivan, I've learnt so much from you. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with me and all your followers.
This really helps. I've been trying to find good companion plants to put together. I've got to repot my mint because it broke the container it was in. If I make small pots I can place the mint around in the garden.
👍👍
Great stuff Ivan, enjoying your videos, very helpful.
Excellent detailed information Ivan I found out that sunflowers 🌻 give off allelopathic properties that can hinder germination and production especially in beans. I have an app I use that shows the good and bad companions. Have a fantastic weekend everyone, Ali 🇨🇦
Great update Ivan, plenty of useful tips for me to use , I'm a bit worried about growing my tomatoes next to my peppers , I always try to grow them in my wilko greenhouse not sure if I have any alternatives ?👍
So helpful Video Ivan God Bless.
Brilliant video, love companion planting. First tried companion planting using marigolds years ago. I remember Bob Flowerdew on Gardener's World many years ago. Tried basil with tomatoes last year. Didn't know radish planted with potatoes helps disease in potatoes, will try that with some earlies in pots. Keep up the good videos. Cliff
Wow very informative. I ended up pausing you to get my note pad 😅thank you Ivan fab as always
Absolutely love your channel been here since day 1❤
I was hoping my 4 cats would deter the cabbage whites…no such luck!
I am growing mint from seed. it took weeks to germinate the 3 ive got,😅 and they are very tiny i might just buy some.
Also mice and rats don't like the smell of mint either which is also a bonus
Brilliant video! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.
Thank you Ivan great information have a lovely weekend
Thank you, Ivan. You're always right on time.
I'm thinking of hanging pots of companion herbs (mint specially) and flowers (nasturtium, etc.), other plants from my high hoops for the tall greens.
Will that work? That is so mint won't invade the pots or planters.
Thanks Ivan, for this great info', have a great weekend. Take care and all the best. Stevie
This is exactly what i was thinking about today actually, intresting you made a video on this exact topic! haha. Great video once again Ivan really helps out, especially being a newer gardener 🙂
Lots of great info there, thank you
Fantastic video Ivan very informative now I can put these all in to practice x
very nice clear information thanks!
a big one for me is in the greenhouses keep some bits of ground dry and plant drought tollerant maybe cacti or fat plants, this will encourage spiders to settle and nest, they do alot of work undercover!
….thankyou for this comprehensive guide Ivan
Thank you Ivan. We just got an allotment and you are our man with the knowledge that we need. Great channel, thank you for your help. 👍👌
