As a society, we have lost the rhythm of eating seasonally and many people now have no idea what fruits and vegetables grow in each season. We have been afforded the luxury of having strawberries and tomatoes all year round. It’s something that I have stepped into wholeheartedly and I now eat with the seasons as much as possible.
This means I cherish the times I get to eat each vegetable and they taste incredible when they are grown naturally in their correct season. Full of flavour and packed with all the vitamins and minerals our bodies need at the right time. Aligning your eating habits with the seasons will also mean you can understand and grow vegetables with so much more ease and flow. You are not fighting against nature and ending up with average results.
Grow and eat seasonally and you will feel more aligned and balanced. Less force. Less effort and a lot more abundance and growth.

Snake beans. Holy guacamole. Who can keep up? So many things didn’t grow but the freakin snake beans are still relentless 🌱
My highlight of the week is my dragon fruit plant flowered for the first time! 🎉
Looking forward to seeing your worm farm 😊
Hi from Brisbane! Great info thanks! Complete newbie here. 🙋 Aiming to set up a worm farm / compost first then onto establishing the garden. A little worried about planting along a corrugated fence on the western boundary but I suppose I'll figure it out. 😬 🤞🤞
Watching the recording from Columbus Ohio USA 🙂

I bought a strawberry/cherry guava last week after watching your tree update and was inspired. What is the best conditions for guava?
Noodles is not good for health. Such a dmb westrn thing to add some tomatoes in burgers to make it a 'healthy' food.
Hahahaha, your dog was my highlight of the week! How classic!
