  1. Everyone looks to be enjoying that sunshine🌞 Bringing up the issue dirt settling in beds, I have a really deep bed that I planted Fall Gold Raspberries, I have found that 2 seasons later the dirt has drooped about a foot, is there anything I can do or do I just need to let it exists the way it is?
Thank you so much for being my inspiration each day to get out and garden🌷

  2. OMG Samantha Grace is just the most adorable little peanut, "Hi guys" love when she says that. (A Star is born!)

  3. Just a great family video today Laura. With you all outside. So lovely to see Benjamin and Samantha Grace. They are both just so cute.

  4. Loved the whole video, but my favorite part was the beginning when the kids were trailing along behind mom as fast as her, a little legs could go!

  5. Laura, do you have the children's book "All the places to love"? Your babies growing up in the garden and raising chickens remind me of it. So blessed❤

  6. When you clean your greenhouse glass you can use a product like Rain-X that is used for car windshields. The rain and dirt rolls right off. Probably cutting down cleaning to once or twice a year.

  7. Ok I have to ask… Do those lids on the cold frame latch or lock when completly opened. I was so nervous about you all with you heads in there.

  8. Your kids are adorable and Benjamin so cute running down the paths. I enjoy your channel and learn so much about planting/gardening. Thank you for sharing.

  9. I’ve been wondering…does Laura ever wear socks?! I see her outside in March wearing her sandals and MY feet get cold!😂

  10. Can you use Land and Sea AS mulch or do you still need a layer of mulch on top of the Land and Sea? Your helpers are precious!

  11. Could you have planted them directly into the cold frame 6 weeks ago and kept it closed? I’m asking because I’m thinking about building cold frames along my house and was wondering how protective they are in that 25-32 degree weather. I was kind of hoping I could use them to start dahlias in March-April when our weather is still 30-40 at night. I’m so excited to see all those ranunculus bloom! It will be so pretty!

  12. Ranunculus are a favorite of mine…i was able to collect over 100 baby rhizomes (or whatever they're called) last year from the ones I planted along with 50-75 anemones. My husband threw them all away!!!! Im still mad about it

  13. Benjamin has Opie's personality as far as kindness and caring- not saying he looks like Opie just saying he is so sweet like Opie from Mayberry show

  14. Good morning Laura and familyand 🐈s
Hi guys so cute before you know it she'll be taking over the camera 😊, those plants are going to look amazing can't wait to see them all blooming. Have a great rest of the day 👋🙂🌱🌸🌷

  15. That is going to be a glorious show!
Question: My spouse and I will be moving to our new home in the Denver area next month and the backyard is suuuuper sloped downhill. There are a couple of mature trees, but it is otherwise a blank slate of southern exposure. I've been enjoying the Beautiful Gardens series over on GA Highlights and was wondering if you'd ever consider having a terraced garden mini-series (or perhaps a dedicated episode?). I'm not finding much related content for terracing here on YT and am feeling a little lost as to how I go about the design.

  16. HELLO FROM TEXAS – high energy video with the whole family around and outside. Makes me smile how your cat follows you wherever you go. Looking forward to all blooms day. Take care, be safe.

  17. Hi! I watch and look forward to your videos everyday. I’m based in the UK and the only thing I find slightly frustrating is not knowing the Celsius temperature equivalent when you talk about temperatures. On your videos. I know you are US based, as is a lot of your following, however it would be great for your international viewers if you could just add a quick stamp of the Celsius equivalent when you talk about temperatures. Thanks for all your amazing videos!

  18. Your kids are so sweet! I love watching your videos on my lunch break as a Kindergarten teacher! It’s my secret getaway! 😉I have some huge pots like yours. Do you feel it’s necessary to take out all of your soil in your pots and add new every season, or would you just scoop out the top layer and add fresh every time? It does take a ton of soil!

  19. 🙋🏽‍♀️🌺🪴🌼🌲💐💗🌿🌷🌳🌸💚🌹

  20. Great idea to put the ranunculus into the cold frames! You always have to adapt your gardening plans to the weather conditions 😂.❤

  21. Oh please oh please can you just call it “the greenhouse” instead of the Hartley??!!

  22. I have a ranuculus question if u get a mix do each individual plant come up a color or does each plant have different color blooms I've never gotten a mix set
