Thank you Robbie!!!
I am trying to think how I can use that tubing for putting over my kids swimming pool to put tulle over it. You are so creative Robbie.Watch your little yorkie even if you are out there those coyote's are not afraid of you and can come and take your dog.
So….what exactly are those green sticks? And buy from where?
We need rain in Tx
Love the idea
You are so creative!
Couldn't you use a water hose like that you know a old one and just cut it and put holes in it would it work as well ?
I love this hack! ❤❤❤
This is such a brilliant idea! Last year, I wasted money on some hard plastic connectors from Amazon meant for the plastic covered metal garden poles. They were supposed to make corner pieces, hinges, etc. The problem was very few of the many garden poles I have actually fit and those that did fit, wouldn’t stay connected. Your use of drip irrigation tubing is so much more flexible, design-wise and affordable. I am so excited to go order some. As always, thanks for sharing your creativity with all of us!
This looks like a great idea, but is it really strong enough for sugar baby watermelons?
Robbie I love love love love 💞 you and Gary I watch you every day. I am a woman of a certain age too. And I have been gardening for at least 30years. I have learned a lot from you. And you just crack me up with laughter. You a a gem , don't change a thing about you. Keep being an inspiration to me and many others. And don't forget to eat what you grow.😊😊👍👍🙂😁❤️💞
Love your idea sooo good, ❤
Great idea! Thank-you! I have an old drip hose that the fire ants use as a highway. I might just use it the build a trellis for my newest grape vine.
FANTASTIC IDEA, ONCE AGAIN YOU HAVE MADE MY GARDENING EFFORTLESS AT 67 yrs young MY HANDS AND WRISTS DON'T HAVE THE STRENGTH THEY USED TO ,BRAVO ROBBIE 👏 YOU'VE DONE IT AGAIN ❤
Thanks for gardening ideas. what is the other names of structure bars? got rebar, not sure what green squares stick? thanks.
Thank you ! I’m 85 years old and can’t believe I can grow a patio garden using your innovative ideas. I was just trying to figure out how to make a trellis for my plants . Thank you for solving the problem in such an amazing way !
Do you ever get the squash vine borer in your squash plants? Do you have preventative?
Answer to prayer! So tell me please are you using rebar or those plastic sticks used in trellising?🌱🌱🌱
Thanks!
Awesome ideas I am ready to try it thanks for sharing
Thank you Robbie! I have been following you since I got hummingbirds in my garden, they are so beautiful!
I was wondering, if we have a bad garden hose, has holes and cant repair it, will it be the same as what you use? Great idea, easy and inexpensive. by the way, the garden hose was going into the trash now it can have another use.
I love this idea Robbie! I have a roll of industrial irrigation tubing in my shed from when I was making Hoola Hoops (for the record, this tubing was originally developed for hoola hoop making- as per the pro’s at the company I bought mine from). He said they usually don’t sell it unless you have an irrigation install business with license, but since I was going to use it for the originally developed purpose, he sold me a couple 100’ rolls. Now, I have a new purpose for the leftovers! Thank you!!! I’m so excited to make some of these now!!!
Ooh! If you have an old garden hose that's been oxidized and gone stiff from sitting in the sun, you can use that too! If it's not too far gone, otherwise it will probably just crack. Of course, a little frog tape will hold it together, if necessary!
Great idea as always Robbie. Thank you for sharing your enthusiasm!🥰
I am watching this again because could not remember size it is great. Can not wait to try it. Thinks
Robbie, another awesome idea! I hope you know how much good you do for gardeners, especially women. I watched some male gardening shows, and much of what they do is too heavy for me, a woman. I looked into those metal panels, and, like you, I found it very difficult to transport and work with. thank you so much for a woman's perspective on being creative and saving money! You are appreciated!
I knew I was saving my big box of old irrigation hose that's been sitting in the shed for 3 years for some reason. Thanks Robbie.
You can put some tulle over it as well
No, no no, no…… Erector Set. Now THAT will date you. 😆
I have snap peas growing inside large tomato cages. They have reached the top and are draping way over. Any ideas what to do with them, now? Thanks!
This is great! I've been trying to figure out how to make trellises on the cheap and I believe your system is just the ticket! Thanks so much!
