  1. Thank you so much for your videos Donald! I've been consuming them these past few weeks. Hope you are doing well and more videos are down the road for you. Blessings from Texas!

  2. Shot some footage the other day so I should have a new one out soon. Glad you enjoy em…..Donald

  3. yeah the dogs spoiled and they know it , ours is that way to , they think there the boss they know it great video

  4. I love those dogs. They follow you every where. I love how that one jumps up on the bench and gives you a hug with his left paw. And also how the other comes up and wants some attention too. So cute. You're their daddy. No doubt about it.

  5. The sad part is I lost both of em 3 days apart. Now I have a yellow cat following me and riding on the golf cart. : ) ..….Donald

  6. Oh I am so sorry to hear that. I know what it is to lose a pet. They are like family. At least yellow cat is with you. That is so cute that she ride on the golf cart with you. She sounds very special.

  7. what happened to them?

I live in Louisiana and about to graduate from college. though an engineer, pretty much decided to live in the country debt free and eating what i produce haha. thats the way to go.

  8. Found your videos the other day while searching out information on cooking purple hulls that I recently picked from a friends garden. That night we watched about 20 of your videos while we shelled peas, got the whole family hooked. Thanks and keep up the good work.

  9. Hi there, I don't know this must be my 2nd or 3rd view of this video. I was wondering what you do about compost etc. I noticed one of your fields looks like rich dirt and the other like clay. How do you enrich your soil? It looks like so much for your compost pile and your worm farm. I love your video's and I am just elated when I see a new one. Looking forward to more. God Bless  Janice

  10. How many acres is your place? What size is your shop? You said that you built it yourself. That's awesome!

  11. I think I'd be happy with five acres. Then I get to thinking about it, and I think I'd much rather have ten. Or fifteen. Or twenty…. With a small lake or a large pond. (I don't ask for much.)

  12. Do you make your own charcoal? the store bought has so many chemicals 🙁 homemade is so easy and you burn wood anyway 🙂 its healthier – thanks for sharing!

  13. I had 200..
It was sweet. Got a 42 foot trawler and 5 acres now. Oh well… I love them both but miss that 200 acre freedom.

  14. Hey Donald, I noticed the shop is bigger than the house. I'm glad you got your priorities straight. Hehehe, you're the best.

  15. Love your videos! Sir, whereabouts are you in Avoyelles Parish? I don't mean exact address, but township area. I can't remember if Alexandria is in Avoyelles or not, but near there, I know.
