One of my goals for 2023 is to learn how to grow edible flowers. And with that I want to learn how to use them in jams and syrups. To get ready for spring I ended up doing a mini DIY makeover for my arbor leading to my kitchen garden. I decided to grow pansies, violas and roses on this arbor. Each of these are edible flowers that will be used in my baking projects later.
