  1. Good afternoon from Russia👋🏻Your channel is seriously the best gardening channel out there. Also helped me to find other interesting channels – Linda Vater, Jack Barnwell and Gardening with Creekside 😉Thanks, keep up the good work 🫶🏻

  2. Just a quick question would you make something with those willow branches, am sure you could make something cool

  3. Laura you are such a hard worker. You should be really proud of all your and Aaron’s dedication and fortitude. The goodness shines out from you and I really enjoy watching you.

  4. Perfect timing. I am going to start raspberries this year so very helpful information.
A thought, frequently we see Paul and Bethany working in the background. We feel like they are family so maybe sometime you could do a Q&A with them or follow a project they are working on. Might be fun to get to know other important members of the GA team.

  5. I have so much to get off of my checklist. I tend to overdo it because I keep thinking as I walk around. I can do this and I overdid it yesterday. 😂Very sore today. Love your videos.

  6. I love how Laura didn't want to get a step ladder out and there is literally one directly in front of her @12:45 ! That is completely my level of motivation on a Monday morning!

  7. Just cut the willows and do your future self a favor. I love trees but goodness me. The willow is a very beautiful tree but the headache behind it is just bla.

  8. Was going to plant raspberries at my new house but after spending a couple hours cleaning up several years worth at my parents house yesterday I'm second guessing the decision 😅

  9. Remember back when Aaron gave the Weeping Willow a "Bowl Cut" ???? Would that be appropriate at this time? Instead of removing that big branch?

  10. I love blackberries. My grandparents had them growing wild along a fence line on their farm. Every time I visited them in the summer when I was a kid, I would pick a dishpan full so my grandma could bake me a cobbler. Now I have my own blackberry bushes of the Triple Crown variety. Mine also hang onto leaves each year. I’ve had no issues with them.

  11. I have experienced a lot of vicarious satisfaction from watching you tidy up the berries! You made such a beautiful job of it.

That willow would look so much grander we’re you to remove that other branch. It will quickly fill in again, as you would know, but will become more balanced from all sides.

  12. Could you use those willow branches to weave into a wreath form? If so, could you do a tutorial on it? Thanks

  13. Good morning! Always feels good to get some cleanup done in the landscape! Looking forward to planting in my yard!!

  14. I love your weeping willow. When I see all the branches that you cut off I was so envious. Weaving willow branch baskets would have been such a delight.

  15. 💚 💜 Question for anyone, I got all my raspberries last yr and for winter I just brought them pots up to the house and left it. Did I kill them leaving them out in winter? My fall golds are in huge pots will they come back with berries?!

  16. Hi Laura, one question, one observation: You said that if you cut the plants all the way down, you sacrifice some fruit for the season. Surely, if you do that every year, you're never going to have maximum yield? Also, I must have a very old/weird variety of blackberry, because the canes never stop bearing fruit. I only trim back canes that hang over the lawn, preventing us from mowing. We get a massive haul each year, all from one plant. I'm not complaining 🙂

  17. It beginning to look a lot like… 👩🏻‍🌾S👒🪴P🌿R🌹🌷I💐🌸N🌼G

  18. Love you videos.
    Just wondering,
Could you save the willow branches for a project
Maybe weaving something for holiday decorations

  19. I know you mentioned a while back acquiring a hardy kiwi, but I wonder if you ever got around to plant it. I got one too and since we have similar dry climate I wanted to know how your was doing

  20. Interesting about the pruning of the berries. Informative. Q: Does your husband help you in your gardens/beds? I don't ever see him helping plant, weed, prune. Unless it's a bigger project and requires bigger machinery. Just wondering. lol

  21. Laura, Raspberry & Golden Raspberry's I heard are not supposed to be put in the same beds? I that true? Some garden center told us one would take over another..

  22. Man, I'm hoping my snow melts so that I can ready myself for growing season. Thanks for the vid. 💪

  23. Good afternoon from Germany 😊 how do we prevent worms and fungus in our berries? We had such an issue with tiny little worms in our raspberries the first time we planted last year. Please help!
