  1. The “boring” stuff is the stuff I love most in vlogs. While it’s lovely to see the shiny and exciting things you do, it’s the boring stuff that makes it feel relatable and relaxing to watch ☺️

  2. Great video Josie. And at the end it was so fun to see " Beau" at Daylesford. He is usually so quiet, it was cute to hear him bark. I love to see your friends as well. I follow you and Victoria. You are truly my favs. Because of your videos I ordered and have received a large order here in the States from Holland Cooper just before Christmas, and love the Elemis I have ordered as well. I look forward to your next video! Thank you , as always.

  3. Microgreens don't need a lot of soil depth. I recommend growing in trays that have good drainage (like a cat litter tray size but not a cat litter tray😁). Easier to sprinkle the seeds evenly. You can usually harvest twice with a nice sharp pair of scissors. Rocket is delicious as a microgreen.

  4. Hi Jodie please consider not using Fairy Liquid and maybe swap to something like method, if you read the label you will see it’s harmful to aquatic life 😢 xx

  5. Dear Josie, I just want to share with you that the cabbages they use in asia (Japan, Taiwan, Korea…. ) are different from the ones in Europe or England, they are softer and cooked much much faster, and there is more space in between the leaves, not so densely layered. So if you feel your okonomiyaki is not quite what you remember, it might be the reason. Unfortunately I don't know how they call these cabbages in english , but in french (I live in france now) they are called "Choudou" and "Chou pointu" (literally soft cabbage and pointed cabbage), maybe you can look their pictures up and see if you can find them in Cotswolds. I left England for a long time so I'm not sure if you can find them in British supermarkets such as M&S or Waitrose, but you can usually find them in asian/Japanese/Korean/Chinese supermarket. It might be a bit daunting to go there because sometimes these shops don't look so nice and welcoming but people there are usually very friendly and willing to help. If you find these cabbages, you can just make a quick stir fry and see how they taste, they are sweeter, if you don't overcook them their texture should be a bit crispy (craquant), and very delicious! As an asian who lives in Europe for years, I know how important these cabbages are at making our dishes, and the differences between cabbages has always been a popular topic among the newcomers🤣

  6. Please can you refrain from commenting on what you perceive to be healthy or not. Some people have to have a low fat diet for medical reasons, so to say something isn't good for you isn't very nice when that might be their only option.

  7. Oh, these Japanese pancakes look delicious and make a great alternativ to sweet ones.

  8. Love the new closing shots using the drone! Another wonderful and cosy video x

  9. Josie, do you watch Garden Answer? She is in the USA and does a great job showing how she starts seeds and all garden activities. I think you would enjoy her YouTube site. Laura and her husband, Aaron, have a young family and are establishing a large garden at their home.

  10. It's all about the little things in life Josie, and if you can enjoy them, they actually amount to a lot. If you can enjoy a new laundry detergent. you're good!

  11. Personal flavor note, never ever, ever use regular, standard red or green cabbage in recipes. Use Napa cabbage (a variety of Chinese), or a descendant, the smaller, yellow/white Korean Seoul Green. If you can find it, Japanese Hakusai is also good. The regular is too hard and too bitter, and too strong a scent. I stopped eating it years ago in favor of Napa or the other two, when they can be found. Asian markets are the best place.

  12. I always wounder why some stores don't like people Vlog in because its free advertising for them obviously you have to be careful not to film the public etc. I would love to live in the Cotswold it's a beautiful place and I love Bath too .

  13. Loved this 🥰 Josie could you maybe do a gardening for beginners vlog? Just moved into a new house and they have some lovely vegetable beds and watching your videos has got me inspired to start my own little kitchen garden but I have no idea where to start 🙈🥕🥦

  14. Dear Josie – I love you 💕 full stop. Hope the statement is not that strong haha I feel you are part of my family and my week is not complete without you! Thankful for your life and your uniqueness! Xoxo

  15. Since you did the top roller, after the comb back,, let it part where it wants to, so it looks natural–i do a quick head shake–then spray the heck out of it. I stopped forcing mine to part exactly a couple of years ago and i look much better, hair-wise.

  16. Hi Jodie and friends! Looking for vlog that included spot about a moisturizer by Farmacy. I'm out of the one I have & want to compare to the specific one she tried. I've looked extensively and can't find it. Any helpers know which Vlog I can find it in? I really enjoy living an extraordinary life vicariously thru Josie and all she shares.

  17. Josie, I do love your vlogs and getting great tips for my newly arrived greenhouse……toilet/kitchen rolls being saved 🪴 thank you x

  18. Team cream for the room. Fabric and lampshades are already green. It will become too matchy matchy and the room will definitely become too dark

  19. As always a lovely vlog (oh and never boring Josie)
The last scene…. Breathtaking countryside 😍

  20. Thank you for introducing Okonomiyaki in your vlog. Next time please try Otafuku’s Okonomiyaki sauce with it. And if you come to Hiroshima and Osaka, you can try authentic ones. 😊

  21. Josie We get a germination mixture which is a finer mix and therefore the seeds get better contact with the soil. Also may be good to use a thicker layer vermiculite, I find that I get improved results using this method. Good "seeding"

  22. Josie, you have grown as a woman so much! Your journey with your garden and seedlings has grow exponentially. All credit to your hard work and thurst for knowlege! Im just so impressed. You, Lydia, and Victoria got me through lockdown and then some. I have a disability and am home every day, so when I listen and watch your vlogs its like talking with a neigbour/ friend or family member. I consider myself rather blessed as I have the very best family, so I am very lucky. I also adore your fashion content, not to mention Charlies "TED" talks. Thank you for continually putting out the very best vlogs.

  23. Josie,
For the leggy plants what you need to prevent this from happening is a lamp that can be lowered and raised. It gives you the control of not having leggy plants. Not bored with the heatless waves chat, it’s something that’s important to you and that’s what matters. Always make your content for yourself and your people will stay tuned. Lil Boe is precious. Victoria and Alex are so lovely.
