It’s practically spring in Texas and I’m so glad to finally be working out in my backyard.
With this being a new construction home, landscaping leaves something to be desired, and it’s quite pricey to get a company to come out and do it for you.
So for that reason, Tim and I have to decided to DIY our own backyard landscape and today we’re talking about a couple of the perinnieals we’re planting in the new bed that we just dug out a few weeks back, and sharing how I’m going to start some of these bulbs indoors.
Last week we talk about how we started the new bed and installed part one of our evergreen fence, if you didn’t get a chance to watch it, you can catch up on it here — https://youtu.be/Peu_8yLfWio, and this week we’re continuing on with that conversation as we’ve still got to fill the bed with loads of pretty plants.
So tune in to see what I’ve got in store for the new bed and to see just how things are going as we’re gearing up for the spring.
It’s been really wet and rainy here since the freeze last week, but I’m keeping busy by getting things ready on the inside and I’d love to hear what you think.
