  2. Love it! Tell all your dinner guests that they all have to eat a bit of the Fartichockes, or they will be ineligible to join the after-dinner game called Guess Who?!

  3. The reason that these jerusalem artichokes cause flatulence is because they're very high in protein. They have around 10% protein which is higher than many beans, lentils and legumes. I eat them because I'm a vegan and my specific vegan diet lacks protein.
