It is normal for trees to bud early in the south if there is a warm up. This happens every year in different regions. It may be warmer where you are but colder than normal for other regions..and those growers aren't screaming 😱 climate change. It's dishonest to get views on false histeria..but I guess that's where the media minded are now. Good luck with that.
New York. For around the past 10 years, my apples trees have blossomed in the spring and again in October, after they’ve dropped their leaves. Also have had years without fruit. They’re different varieties of apples meant for my area. It is what it is; I won’t be discouraged! Much love y’all ❤

We have this same issue; summer of 2022 I bought a pear,a peach & a gooseberry which are still in pots.Havent started to bud yet but warm temps are expected this coming week. I know we'll have another cold snap before true spring so I'll be keeping the quilts & plastic handy.This last snap "burned"my banana tree which had "flowered".I read not to cut them down until after they had flowered/fruited. Hopefully its not dead.Looking for another home without HOA rules & a lil more land so we can plant these trees/bushes & get some chickens ! Yall keep on keeping on !
So true! In my neck we've had 5 days this month alone that have been 60-62 degrees, we've also had 4 days of mid to high 50's the rest has been roller coaster between teens up to mid forties. January and February are always are coldest and snowy months. We are usually in a foot of snow or so…we've had so much rain. I started an experiment not only tracking temp and sun but I set a 5 gallon bucket out in the middle of the yard and havent dumped it and wont till the end of the month…its about 3/4's full of RAIN!! We have had 2 light dustings of snow, today being one of those days. My brand new fruit trees are in the un-heated greenhouse because Danny and Wanda told us this would happen so at least maybe they will have a chance…at this point who even knows. The Lord will provide what we need, thats all I know.

Climate Change is a hoax, however, the skies are being sprayed with metals and chemicals which are being controlled by directed energy bursts by HAARP. It’s confusing the flora and fauna, and the animals, too. But it’s manmade weather, not from use of oil and gas. It’s a ruse. Most folks don’t know about this. My suggestion is to research HAARP and write letters to our representatives to complain. My apple trees did not put out fruit last year, I have 8 of them. But my wild raspberries and blackberries bushes were loaded. I lost a few white pines due to fungus, and about 100 Ash trees due to Ash borrer beetles in my woodlot. What these ‘scientists’ are doing to our weather is destroying nature by trying to control it for political purposes. Everyone who works the land, farmers, hobbiests, master gardeners, stewards, and nature lovers can see it. I hope my comment is not deleted. My farm is 150 acres and the only one around that doesn’t use herbicide (GMO) and hosts many wild animals because of that. Their food chain has been disrupted. Bees and butterflies are threatened, and this is why. Birds are threatened also. Please set out bird feeders and plant some wildflowers on hedge rows, it’s a ‘can-do’ and important. I also set out feed corn. I wish our government would limit GMO farming and quit messing with the weather. 😪

Fountains run, moss grows on brick underneath. Poms lose their leaves in winter but with all the brick (thermal mass) with the moisture, moss, probably soil life which also creates a bit of warmth. The arbors as high as the fence helps to trap warmth.

I had planted a fig tree and my green and red grapes stated growing in my house. The weather changed and got warm and I put them out and the weather changed again to a late freeze and they died. And a fig tree I want. Agape 💐
That cold weather where the temperature drop down in the teens took out some plants in my green house and killed all the leaves ony lemon tree but the tree itself looks ok I guess when it's time for it to wake up then I will know if it's really ok but if not I will just keep on rolling with the next one I'm not going to give up on nothing it just going to make me work a lil bit harder. Yes, this weather is changing. In California, I dropped seeds after the last frost and the heavy rain. Now the climate is predicted to be in the low 30 all next week. My fruit trees has flowers and new growth. My dropped seeds have germinated and are tender. So thanks to you again, I've set up a system like your high tower for my balcony container garden. I'm using cloth which can be rolled up to allow for the sunshine during the day. I also use plastic to keep the rain off. My plants have survived for now. Being aware of the atmosphere and climate has become a daily even hourly check for me. Last spring I waited to drop seeds and my harvest came later. But I did not plant as much. So now I planting more to grow. Let there be divine protection, healing, wellness, favor, and prosperity for you and your family, in your name Jesus.

They're doing so much weather modification here in Denver to keep the plants and trees from waking up early. Haven't barely seen the 🌞 in days/weeks.
