My name is Jasmine and I have relocated from Sydney Australia to Ghana in west Africa as of the year 2020.
My parents are of Ghanaian descent and so am I although I was born in Australia. Here on my channel, my goal is to give you a real glimpse into what it’s like to live in Ghana, from the Ghanaian food, to the Ghanaian culture, to the Ghanaian lifestyle and everything in between. My goal is to satisfy your curiosity about Ghana and help inspire to explore Ghana.
My prayer is that these videos do just that for several African’s in the diaspora.
Follow your bliss because life is short, follow your bliss because human life has no intrinsic value, follow your bliss because everything happens for the greater good and follow your bliss because it has all happened before.

It is thick leaf thyme and it is an herb.
Looks like this lady knew what she wanted and made more than 20 years of sacrifice to finally get it. I am sure there were numerous blocks and blockages along the way. but she persevered and is now living her dreams. many would have given up and that's not even a criticism. I have learnt in life that strength and hardships are not endured equally by all and outcomes are always uncertain even if one tries their best. So good on her for finally having the place she felt she wanted!
That green shrub that fights snakes is medicinal….for stomach upsets..fights nausea of pregnancy..
Stop monthly supporting everyone in your country, except for certain one time . buy the land in your country cheap. put a concrete wall around the property and wait to have all the money and build your home in one piece. no a piece by piece. never buy one plot. 4 plots is best. build on 2 and the other 2 can be resold when the estate is established.
Nature and it's fruits it's sooo amazing thanks to God who gave us the earth to maintain it and care for the farm animals. Country farm is the best ways to move on, cause technology is taking away a lot from our new generation, and making them slaves to others in this monopoly evil world that men and women created…
There's no place like home
The plant you compared to Basil we call it broad leaf thyme, an herb used in cooking especially fish.
Absolutely Amazing, keep going
At 09:11 they call oregano. In Curacao

Hi Jasmine, thanks for showing us this nice house with gardening and landscaping.I am in love with Lucy's house and would like to know who is the builder who built this house.
I am planning to come back home to build my house.
NICE!
She looks so young to have been away for 30 years!
The plant that keeps away snakes name is, Swedish ivy ,Plectranthus Verticillatus .
That leaf you were smelling where you stated that it smells like something to cook with; it actually is a condiment herb and, in the Caribbean, where I am from, we mix it with green onion, chives and garlic etc to season meat or fish. We call it 'broad leaf thyme' in Barbados.
Beautiful
