Here’s one of Japan’s famous supermarket, Seiyu, which has over 300 stores including their families in Japan. I personally think this store has a very well-stocked bento section.
Compared to local supermarkets, the prices are a bit higher because it is a major supplier, to be honest, but many Japanese people still visit this store out of trust and confidence.
This chain has been a subsidiary of Wal-Mart since 2005, and Wal-Mart continues to own about 15% of this chain’s stock after the sale in 2021.
