Hello dear Elle. I enjoyed this house tour. The kitchen and butler’s pantry are my favorites. I loved the owner’s suite and closet. I thought that was a large cat sitting on the ottoman in the closet. 👀🤣🤣 TFS another great tour. Stay safe and God bless. 🌹🙋🏻♀️🥰

Love the wood flooring color.
I redid my wood flooring 6 yrs ago went with a color called Mink. It's beautiful and I get loads of compliments. But now its all light wood colors and I love that but can't change it again…Totally love the butler pantry. Love the lighting in entry too..

Love it! The decor is everything too
I walked through this home last week. This is one of my favorite floor plans to date. I totally love the kitchen and open pantry not to mention the primary closet opens to the washer and dryer and the fact that it has a 4 car garage is icing on the cake. That being said I wish there was more closet space. The sun room and office does not feature any storage and the jack n jill bathroom does not have a linen closet. They should have made the office/study larger with a closet. I know there is a french door option but would be nice if home featured a more spacious 2nd living area with storage. My opinion

Very nice one story floor plan! It's perfect for retirees or those who don't want to or aren't able to climb steps. That pario and outdoor space is beautiful!
