যতনে রতন মিলে। সেপ্টেম্বর ও অক্টোবর মাসের মধ্যে আম গাছের পরিচর্যা করতে হবে । এ সময় আম গাছের গোড়ার চারিদিকে এক হাত দূরত্ব বজায় রেখে পরিমাণ মতো সার প্রয়োগ করতে হবে। আপনি যদি গোবর সার দেন ,তাহলে কাজ হয়ে যাবে। তাছাড়া আপনি এক বালতি পানিতে আধা কেজি সরিষার খৈল দুইদিন/তিনদিন পানিতে ভিজিয়ে রেখে তার সাথে, ২০ থেকে ৩০ গুন পানি মিশ্রিত করে, গাছের গোড়ায় প্রয়োগ করলে, আমগাছ মুকুলে ভরে যাবে আমগাছ মুকুলে ভরে যাবে এবং মুকুল থেকে পরবর্তীতে ভালো ফলনও পাওয়া যাবে । মুকুল আসার পর গাছের গোড়ায় পর্যাপ্ত পরিমাণ পানি দিলে, মুকুল ঝড়ার পরিমাণ কম হবে এবং আম টিকে যাওয়ার সংখ্যা বেড়ে যাবে ।ভালো ফলন পাওয়া যাবে এবং আম গুলো বড় ও সুন্দর হবে। যথাযথ যত্নের মাধ্যমে গাছে প্রচুর পরিমাণে আম ধরেছে। গাছ অনেক পুরানো দিনের। থোকায় থোকায় আম ধরেছে। দেখলে মন ভরে যায়।
