In 1977, Ted made a deal with his cousin, Jeffrey. Jeffrey owned, Pentillie Castle in Kent and was struggling with the upkeep of the land. He asked Ted if he would take over farming and in return, he would inherit the mansion. However, Jeffrey died suddenly in 1980. His wife withdrew the contract and banished Ted and his family from the grounds. 30 years later, after her passing, Ted finally inherits the property and a hefty $6,000,000 tax bill. He turns to business woman, Ruth Watson, to see if she can help revive the property and prevent Ted and his family from selling Pentillie.

  1. Whenever i see the food in these places, it looks gross, and why put parsley or other greens that are for looks. I am happy the family has made a go of it, and are keeping the house in the family, while sharing it with the locals. G-d bless everyone.

  2. To obtain financial freedom, one must either be a business owner, an investor or both, generating passive income, particularly on a monthly basis

  3. Ruth has to learn, that she can't just barrel in and make sweeping remarks and determinations concerning the decor, the building color, etc. AFTER THE FACT! Those decisions were already made before her arrival – yet, she insists on referencing her own experience and tastes, beating a dead horse and berating the family members for their choices. Not helpful, and in fact very hurtful, and needlessly so. Doesn't change a damn thing, and merely allows Ruth to pontificate!
