Arbor Garden Club of Clinton did a year in review for the year 2022. It was a busy year with more activities than previous year. This club does civic beautification activities, educational programs, and awards annually the Lucy Rathbone Elliot Memorial Scholarship, to a graduating Clinton student who plans to major in Environmental Science.
