Wow ! You Said it . 👍
I live in a trailer In -30 below and it was tuff no water and sleeping in the cold you don't sleep
If one doesn’t believe in preparedness, a body bag is relatively inexpensive.
Because many stores don't look like these channels show. I distribute to 11 big box food chain stores and none ever look empty. It makes it easy for people to say you're wrong about that and then they discredit you. Doesn't mean you're wrong but it causes a barrier for sure
Damn straight! Tell 'em JR! I get irritated when people talk about vacations and the rest of the useless activities.
I believe in prepping but for me.having the room to store the extra and financially is tough.
Agree 100%! I prep for a lot of reasons, but the main one is that my disabled mother and disabled son both live with me currently and "bugging out" in an emergency isn't a good option for us. I've always kept a stocked pantry because when my kids were small we didn't have a lot of money and making sure we had food for them was paramount. The pandemic showed that needing to be home without going out was something to be ready for (as if tornadoes, snow, and ice storms weren't enough of a reason lol). I also take the opinion that rotating my stock in important; if I have the freshest items available to me they'll last the longest. So when something gets near it's expiration date, I take it to the local food bank to share with others, then I'll get a fresher replacement (I realize I'm lucky to be able to do that). That way nothing is ever wasted, which to me is the most important thing.
Let's be careful – soon the media will call out preppers. You know what that means – we are about to be pinned with blame, hostility, name calling, and we will be deemed as nutters, white supremist racists as people start verbalizing more and more about not getting products at their stores. No one told them when to run – they missed the starting line – now it will be our fault. (Thank you for your channel)
I used to want people to get prepared for emergencies because I figured it would not only help them, but it would help me since they wouldn't be coming to me for food, water, power, etc. But now I no longer care. Anyone that can, but hasn't bothered preparing for themselves, probably isn't worth saving.
People asking "what's happening in the stores?"……uh. God bless you 🙏 and everyone 🙏!
Great video, well said, Thanks! 👍
Excellent breakdown thank you.
Just wait till they require you carry your electronic device, just like you’re required to carry ID. 🤣
Today's peppers were yesterday's farmers and today too.
Going to the food pantry is a good way to stock up as well. They pass out salmon can goods rice ect.. This can be a way to start for those that are low on finances and want a way to start up..
God bless you thank you my brother in christ🙏❤
howdy.
where in ohio are you? i just moved here – legally!- from mexico, and am relearning the north land way of life. biggest issue is it's 62 back home, but 32 here. no complaints, really, as it COULD be 2!
need to pick your brain. get all your info posts. ONE thing i did was d/l a copy of the ooold boy scout manual from the 50's when i did do BSA stuff. yeah, i am old. you might recommend that to others.
am i worried about the mess? nope, not a worrier. i have faith in a Creator that the school system has taken away from the young generation of your age. but, if i see a hurricane coming, or a dust storm (mini-tornado, strips the paint off your car in 2 mins- really!), i know to take action.
i see the mess, our congregation told everyone to start saving supplies for a good week or two, up to a month, as needed.
it saved lives, as an 'issue' arose and we got together & shared everything.
thanks for the info & encouragement.
adios from the swamp, which is where i live now.
Your comment in the video that prepping is not just for the apocalypse made me think of what we call it, "emergency prepping".
I plan to survive as long as possible. keep autos full of gas. If we had to, we could sleep in our vehicles with our solar gens. we could charge items watch tv use heated blanket or usb fans. everyone needs to prep as much food and water they can. prep on.
Great video as always. Thank you, sir! About once or twice per year I post on my facebook page to all my friends to go get your ammunition now. A box or two at a time will go very far over the course of a year or two. Keep up the good work. I look forward to your video's. BOOMER SOONER!!!
Well said!
We picked alot of beef and pork from our friends ranch. We hadn't seen them in 2 yrs. We got to talking about everything. They have started prepping alittle bit, but after talking to them, they hit Rural King and Walmart. $1400 later, she thanked me. I have shared my fav channels and they are off and running now
I honestly don’t understand how people can’t see what’s happening. Totally oblivious 🙄🤦🏼♀️
I agree with 99% of what you say. I don't believe there is anyone who "can't" prepare. Unless you are on the street (perhaps even then) having a bucket of "just in case" items is going to be doable.
My mother was born during the Great Depression. One of her formative adult life events was living in the woods, with four small children and a husband who was gone all day with the only vehicle they had, when the power went out due to a snowstorm for two weeks. There was always a well-stocked pantry in the house. There was always a functional wood stove and enough wood to keep the pipes from freezing even though we heated the house with oil. That was my normal, and I'm glad it was because when the cat food shortages started happening, I had a month's worth of cans laid back. When I had surgery, I had lots of easy food. It really is as simple as buying two of whatever you were buying anyway (when it's on sale if money is tight). The balls to the wall MRE and ammo people aren't doing themselves any favors and don't represent the majority of preppers, no matter what the media tries to imply.
I love your honesty!
I'm still baffled on how 37 people died in the Buffalo snow storm! How do people not understand to be somewhat prepared for it! Very sad.
You have the nicest way of being honestly shocked at DUH
Great job my friend. Great job saying the obvious. There will always be naysayers.
