youtube will survive your "break" đ
Love hearing about the house hunting process! Also, my goodness do I need to move to FL, those prices are so cheap compared to around me! Tiny, 950sqft, townhomes on my street are selling for $850-$900k! đł
Haha. It's funny that you think 2000 is an "old" home. My house was built in the 1930s. đ
Awesome that you are house hunting! Itâs definitely an experience. We moved out here in January 2021 and picked Winter Garden. We love the downtown area and the farmers market is insane!! You need to check it out on a Saturday morning and maybe vlog it for us! Itâs been voted one of the best on the nation.
Absolutely enjoyed this video.
Check out royal Caribbeanâs world cruise! It reminded me of you going on your cruises
Well I loved this video. I like that you know what you want in a home and you are not settling. But keep in mindâŠyou can update any interior at any time. So donât rule out an âoutdatedâ home if it is in the location you want. You can change anything about the home except the location.
Florida is full.
I have a townhouse in Davenport itâs a end unit 1800 Sf. I have a yard, it full of light because itâs a end unit I have a screen in pouch I donât even know I have neighbors. So donât give up on townhomes go look at some end unit only. I will give you my code to get in to look if you want. I live in Ny. I do love Celebration itâs my dream to live there after I retire. I love this video you can do more.
You are very young. You need to work with a realtor who can assist you in finding a community that not only meets your expectations and price point, but one that you will also enjoy living in. There are many communities, such as Celebration that are geared more for families. The more homes a developer builds, the better the $$$ in their pocket so you wont find large lots. All new developments will consist of a buffer zone, which is where you find the apts and townhomes. Those castles are definitely large homes. Celebration is beautiful, but you are correct, there are other areas where there's more bang for your buck. There are some fabulous realtors in Orlando to help you. Enjoy your break
Crazy Money. Thatâs way more than Palm Beach County! I love Celebration FL and will look closer to Disney area down the road. Donât forget taxes and home owners insurance that always goes UP every year. đźStart off smaller.
Loved your honest real-world vibe on this post.
Thanks for the Celebration tour.
Enjoy your well earned break
Take what you are making and divide it by 10. YouTube fame is fleeting.
Check out Storey Lake in Kissimmee
I dare Kyle to not repeat himself over and over again.
this video is so embarrassing for you Kyle
I loved this video!!! I live in NZ and we just bought a 2bedroom home 5 months ago for about $600,000nzd đ€Żmarket here is unreal. Deff do a series and document so you can look back on buying your first home.
Thank you. Different on your channel is important to bring the past "Disney" interest groups to a variety venue. Also, you need to bring in new "followers" as you lose past followers. I am a Disney fan since 1973. Iger graduated High School with me, but is so far removed from his past & is a "corporate" guy. Since COVID & Disney Corporate getting too big & no longer paying attention to the Parks, I have lost interest in everything about Disney. I have family in Florida. I visit Florida, but no longer will visit WDW paying the outrageous expenditures. I enjoy your channel and what you have to say. A little advice: keep your channel "entertaining", don't get bogged down on all the Disney/Florida negativity & be careful of your "privacy". Most of us YOUTUBE channel surfers want either to be entertained or informed.
Celebration has WAY TOO MANY RULES.
A suggestion as we went through buying a home within the last 9 months is look at the appreciation of homes in the areas youâre looking. This likely wonât be your forever home so you want to make when you sell (or rent in the future) you can recoup the value and hopefully the home appreciates. To that point location & school districts are absolutely critical – so even an âolderâ home in a better area may be better then a newer home in a less great one. And keep in mind, generally no home will meet every single one of your checkboxes unless you have an unlimited budget – so really make a list of your must haves & nice to haves (you can always do a renovation later to make it perfect).
Oh god those prices…I'm currently buying my own appartment it's like 250k including costs of a loan and notary costs and I barely scrape by with my own savings, have to take a loan for over half of it… let alone buy something 4x the price , and I'm 35 đź
Iâm sorry Kyle I think the homes are nice in Celebration. I agree that all the homes are so close too each other. You open the curtain and see neighbors kitchen or living room đ
don't let the market fool you. Prices are still going up in some areas. I purchased in Thornton park in July and my house has gone up another 30K since then. I would not want to live in Celebration . It is too far from downtown. I'd only live there if I wanted to go to the parks everyday.
