I’m a 33 year-old mum of three, who lives in Cheshire, in the UK, and this is my small part of the online world, where I share my story. And things I enjoy and like too! I have three children, Bill, Daisy and Stanley, and they seem to be growing up so darn fast these days. We have a golden retriever called Merlin, and two cats called Romeo and Elsa and, hang on, this is sounding a bit like a kid’s essay at school isn’t it? I’m due to get married this year to my other half, Mark, and even though we did everything a bit backwards, I am really happy with how life has turned out. You might find everything from food videos, clothing hauls, home updates, vlogs now and again, and some topics close to my heart, such as coparenting, hearing loss and Stickler Syndrome too. I am a very average mum, but I try my absolute best at whatever I do, and hopefully you enjoy following along!

    What we call the doldrums of winter in January & February are really a great time to regroup from the holidays and bear down on the needs for the remainder of the school year or spring holidays to be set-up well for school breaks and summertime. We don't even worry about living up to our resolutions beyond those two months, because it is so helpful to be really focused on them for the dead of winter and you gain so much, even from the ones you do not continue into the new blooms of springtime. You are a good meal-planner and I get ideas from you often. Thanks. It's hard to tell on camera, but your nail polish looks like a real scarlet. Scarlet is a red that's just a touch toward the orange spectrum and rarely do you see it done really well. I like it! You do a good job of balancing a variety of meals and food types while taking into account the preferences of those eating.

    I’m not that confident in the kitchen but I would like to get better and was looking at the good food subscription? Now I know they are worth it I might consider buying them on the regular.

    Happy new year. Love this video I've been doing the same with odds and ends it almost feels cleansing. Dumplings can be fried on one side but then add in a splash of water and a lid to your pan to steam for the rest of the cooking time xx

    I really love this video!
    I know “shop your pantry” is so important and a great way to save money, I’ve also ended up with excessive amounts of tinned tomato before so you’re not alone there.

    Hey Charlotte! Polish dumplings need to be dropped into boiling salted water one at the time so they don’t stick together. Once they come to surface cook for amount of time they say on the packet. You can fry them after they are cooked but I only do that with leftovers- when just cooked you could also just serve them with fried up bacon cubes or fried onions and a little bit of butter

    I really enjoyed this style of vlog 😁😍. It's a great point to start looking into your stock and use it up, it saves money and space in kitchen, I need to start doing it again. Polish dumplings, you need to boil the water with salt and then drop one at a time to prevent from sticking plus when you drop 5 or 6 depends on your pot use the silicon spatula to stir it so it won't stil to the bottom, wait till it come to top and boil for 3 mins and take it out, you can eat it like that or fry it using butter. Love to make fried dumplings with fried finely chopped onion and lukewarm milk to drink 😍🤩. Hope you'll enjoy dumplings. More videos like that and especially these with tidying up as it's give motivation too 🤩😘

    Just starting to watch this video, and have to say, Charlotte, you remind me of Kate the princess of Wales so much. It's something to do with the brows, hair, and eye makeup. Perhaps a makeup tutorial is in our future! Happy New Year to you all. Love your videos.
