  1. You Guys show the dreams that people couldn't dream of. Outstanding home. I love the fact that you have land. At this price point its nice to not only buy a home, but one that you only
need to bring your clothes, personal needs, and vehicles. Oh and pets. Thanks guys, if I ever buy a luck lottery ticket. I'm calling you. There goes the neighborhood. Lol.

  2. I guess I’m odd man out. I hate this house. It’s so all over the place with too many types and colors of wood, from dark ashy colored to the orangy oak, to the rustic barn wood and lady but not least, rustic coastal looking wood. It looks like 20 different stagers were in there doing their own thing without talking it over with the others. Simply no cohesiveness. The finishes are so cheap looking as well. I wouldn’t pay even half of the asking price. Great tour though. You guys are always the best.

  3. What is going on with some of the finishes in this house!? Laundry and mud room floor tiles, kitchen backsplash are awful. The downstairs shower tiles and bathroom titles look like off cuts…. Great tour though Thankyou!

  4. 3.5 million is WAY OVER priced these people are nuts, don't get me wrong it's a beautiful house but come on.

  5. Too many things going on, on that one floor. Is it me or there's no second floor upstairs? All that money!? 🤑💰 I personally don't like everything on one floor, especially the bedrooms. Yes! You have a basement, so what! It needs a second floor for all that money and even a third floor after the second floor. Spread out some of these different rooms. Too bunch up!

  6. I love this house. I’m in California and a 3.5 million dollar house would be 1,500 sq.ft. Fixer upper In Newport Beach. If only we could move our companies to Tennessee. Someday 😊

  7. The house is new but the finish is already dated. Too many distressed details and those tiles for the mudroom, laundry and garage entryway will always look filthy even when cleaned due to the poor tile selection. I do like the built ins but this poor house has been over designed.

  8. What was down that other flight of stairs behind that door on the lower level?
