The journey of 2 very special Dainichi Nisai. These 2 Koi were bought from us on our Autumn buying trip to Japan. The client flew in for a single day! These are the 2 Koi that were selected at Dainichi Koi Farm, Niigata.
I hope to do updates on this pond. Just a note, we had nothing to do with the pond build.

Is Dropsy in koi contagious Tim? Will the disease spread in the water to all the fish in one's pond if left unchecked for many days?

Stunning pond my pond is flat in ground and my only gripe with mine is bowling up koi and catching koi its a mare 😅 but 2 gems in there another 10 to go the 62cm koi look tiny in there so thats a gauge to how big pond is

A beautiful pond Tim , the finishing is superb, the fish are amazing. I have smaller Dainichi kohaku and it’s faulted more than the one in your video but I like it all the same . What a summer eh suiting in that conservatory watching living jewels In a palatial pond siping cold beer 🍺 watching the world go by ! Pure Zen !!!!
