Last year I made my wife a trivet for the Holidays, so this year, she requested a few more. I decided to take this opportunity to make a few different styles of trivets and try a few different woodworking techniques. These trivets also gave me the opportunity to use up some of the scraps of nicer woods I have laying around the shop. I hope this video gives you a few ideas of how to use your scrap wood.
