  1. Not where you are from. What is bean straw? Please explain as if you are explaining to someone that didn't grow up speaking your language.

  2. I bought 3 pickling cucumbers – small lebanese type and three families can't keep up with production put these in in Auckland NZ 3 months ago don't normally splurge on plants like this but they are sterile females and don't need pollinating amazing production 5 grand children munching their heads off and just done 3 jars of pickles as well. I saw a punnet of 5 for $ 5 in the supermarket so the best value. My latest chicken manure is about to be collected for storage to be added inAutumn. Love your channel

  3. it's important to know the source of your mulch , if the grower uses chemicals in the form of pesticides & fungicides you could be bringing these chems to your organic garden , some of these pesticides can have a half life of as little as 30 days but as great as over 100 days so please ask the grower about there practices , closing the loop & only using items off your own land would be the best choice but not always possible so definitely ask questions & don't be intimidated by non organic growers having a go at you for asking

  4. Definitely keep visiting more peoples gardens! Love seeing the Nonno & Nonna's, Pappou & Yiayia all so proud of their homes and gardens, seeing the soil that has been worked to perfection over decades and all the produce that comes from their gardens. The seemingly crazy ideas that some of them come up with just open our eyes to what's possible, i.e. grafting the eggplants on the Solanum root stock

  5. I love the visits to other people's houses and getting ideas for how to do my own garden, especially as some only have small spaces like myself. So fun to meet the personalities too <3

  6. What are your opinions on Mother Nature's made beneficial microbes compared to Man Made cultured beneficial microbes? How well does man made stack up?

  7. Can you do a segment on an Asian garden in Springvale, I’m pretty sure there are some good vegan and fruit garden there.

  8. Yes please! Visit families & see what they're doing & how could you keep munching that cucumber 😩 mine don't have anything to pick yet & the ones from the shops have no crunch & are dry & tasteless with horrible think skins …. 😱

  9. Loved the tip on wetting down the compost/mulch, thank you!
Couldn't believe how dry everything was underneath.

  10. Yes please, please keep on visiting peoples gardens which I love to watch, thanks Vasili 🙂👍
