I love this!! I was doing a body scan of rest , listen, and I took my art journal to bed this is such a good story. The art, scrolls abd books or the history of gets me. Instead of that I should be present in the moment of how the sun rests on leaves. I feel sad oftentimes listening here takes me to another place. Thank you happy 2023๐๐งค๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ง.
