    Quick video with a new setup and camera mode. Not sure I like it. But now to the topic at hand….are these the same? I'm still undecided. I'll spend a ton of time with both next week to make a final decision during the full video of the spb333. But nobody seems upset this time that a limited edition has the same dial as a non-limited?

    I'm sorry if my opinion offends anyone; it's not my intention. Personally, I can't help but to think that the Seiko turtle is rather ugly.

    personally, 6105-8110 is the willard since it was in the movie, though both 6105 can be considered a turtle since those were the base of 6306. so, slim turtle fits.

    Literally looking at photos on the Seiko website yesterday after finding out about this anniversary LE slim turtle. Thanks for clarifying its a Willard. This Jan released stopped me from getting the glacier cap will, but your vid rally help me decide. I pick up the latter.

    While the 12.25 thinnest is awesome, I wasn’t sure about the bracelet and the round date window. The all grey/silver was enticing none the less.

    How do the grey bezel look (as it looks almost black in the vid due to lighting).? The all grey profile reminds me of the GS evo9.

    Oh, come on man. Everyone knows the (pre-Willard) “Slim Turtle” and “Willard” are different watches, even with similar-ish dials. The Seiko speed timer doesn’t look much like a Daytona either. Stop with the fake watch controversies. It’s clickbait. Be the best version of you (which is pretty awesome at substantive content) instead of chasing cheap clicks. In the long run, you’ll be better off for it.

    They ruin too many of their watches by trying to hide that date window at 4.30. It is as if they are saying it is ugly and they want to hide it. But watch lovers will know that one small detail can ruin a watch.

    3 O'clock or preferably no date for me.

    SPB301 is better for two reasons: the date position and awesome color (I've seen it at a local AD). Not sure about its bracelet and shape, though. I think SPB333 is smaller and I like its overall shape better.

    GS has 2 watches with the same dial. One silver /pink, and the other light blue. Very different watches. Spring drive, and quartz. Sbga413, sbgp017

    I bought the 313 version white dial, mainly because it looks more sporty. I love the bracelet, it’s actually one of my most comfortable watches surprisingly. Go Seiko, I’m a new fan. Happy New Year watch friend, keep up the great work and passion

    Is Sakura the only dealer waiting to deliver these on the actual release date? I bought mine two weeks ago but they aren’t shipping till the Jan 14 release date yet I see people posting theirs all over the internet

    More variations on the same tired designs, again and again. The only thing that changes is the price tag – an overpriced 'special edition' or a re-release that undermines the original. Don't you guys get tired of the abuse?

    Seiko, King of ULE. Unlimited Limited Edition. They will tell you some models are exclusive to certain country and then available worldwide. Why is it so, only Seiko knows.

    Anyone paying thousands for a seiko needs their heads examined. Unless it’s a Grand Seiko or something that will hold value. There are so many seiko that these depreciate as soon as you fork out the money. These will be on secondary market for way less very soon.
