    These homes on the inter coastal are all too vulnerable to crime via the waterway. Criminals just pull up to the ladder and 8 steps later they are in your house. Site is far too vulnerable when you have this kind of wealth to exploit. Yikes!

    @Enes Yilmazer I usually do not comment much when I watch your videos because I am just too lost in the house tour and already looking to watch the next up in the line however, this particular video, I wanted to mention something new that I experienced or I may be wrong as you may have tried it in the past. I saw a very seamless transition from day to night and vice-a-versa. It felt like you literally controlled the sunset and the sunrise at the tip of your fingers. The videography was perfect and it made it look so smooth and effortless that I could hardly tell any cuts in the scenes while transitioning. I loved that 'DETAIL' in your video vis-à-vis the house 'DETAIL'. Thanks for taking us along touring these amazing properties, it does a lot more than just visual pleasure at least to me as it keeps me inspired every single time I watch it to own one some day and work towards it all the more harder. Thanks once again. Loads of Love and a Great Team Work.

    Those sometimes "hidden" cuts from the intermediary night shots back to day without any aknowledgment, just masterful editing and coordination. Your Videos were always masterfully done, but this is even better, still cant believe it

    Mikey, technically, the inter-coastal portion ends at the mouth of the Delaware River. From there, to get to New York City, you must enter into the Atlantic Ocean. After New York City, you must also technically enter the Ocean, but it's protected by Long Island for the most part, then a short canal to cut across Cape Cod, into Cape Cod bay, and then to Boston. Also, the Inter-Coastal does not run continuously to South Texas from South Florida. There's a big stretch where you must enter the Gulf of Mexico to get from Tampa to the panhandle of Florida, and then a few smaller stretches of open ocean sailing are needed along the way. However, you can sail from Miami all the way to Philadelphia without ever entering open ocean, if you want.

    This property is really great. Loved the modernness (LED Lighting, doors, glass railings etc..). Layout of the house was also really well thought out, and the size of some of the showers within the bathrooms really blew my mind. In addition to the house, you did a really good job with editing this video. The day to night transitions were smooth, and this video had a really good flow to it. Keep up the good work, I look forward to seeing what it next!
