#threeriverschallenge

It’s that time of year again! Although I’ve done this challenge 2 previous times, this is my first year documenting it for YouTube. I hope you’ll join me for this crazy month!

  1. I put canned pinto beans in my chili. I am delighted to know you can take frozen items and can them. Thank you, I had no idea.

  2. I bet your jars came in handy while tending to your mother's health ( quick, easy meals) hope she gets stronger every day

  3. Hi I'm in Alberta. What type of grow lights are you using? Are they regular grow lights, because I've seen people use shop lights. Things are getting really weird up here. Walmart had no turkeys the week before Christmas, I did find one at a different grocery store, and then I couldn't find any celery at the three grocery stores in my nearby town, so I had to send my husband to a city to track down celery. I want to be growing salad greens like you have. Food prices are already high, and the Tyrant up here is planning a triple tax on everything. My freezer is full of beef we raised and a pig we bought from a local farmer, but I need to get into full food production this year. And also teach my grown daughters how to as well.

  4. Oh I'm so sorry for your Mother. Praying for her speedy recovery. Please do not apologize Mother is a priority. Love your salad bar. How wonderful. Today we had leftovers from the fridge still in stainless steel pots they were cooked in from Christmas. "been a busy week but nothing to compare with yours." Collard greens and hominy, green beans, 1 sweet potato, make fresh steamed squash and pan seared pork chops. I wanted to make cornbread but the oven has spilled sweet potato drippings now covered with baking soda. That sounds appetizing. I will join you in cooking from pantry and my fridge. Turkey legs will be jumping in stock pot for soup tonight. Please take care of yourself. Wishing you and yours a very Happy New Year 2023.

  5. I will be praying for your mother. I just wanted to say the way you talk to your subscribers is so kind and welcoming. Thank you.

  6. Do you have videos using the meal starters or chutneys for sure. But also using the potatoes. I just got a pressure canner for Christmas and am wanting to add a bunch to my pantry from my freezer. Sending prayers for your mom. Take good care! 🙏
