It's so calm and peaceful by you. All i ever hear out in the garden are cars and planes 🤣 Irrigation is such a pain, but once it's in it's so heavenly. Unfortunately, my veggie garden is the only thing setup, but it's still a nice tool. I love Drip Depot online!
What a great idea I could really do with some of these 💕🙌💕
This is much needed in my garden. I don’t mind watering by hand but the mosquitoes are a pain in my a**!!! Are you able connect 2 hoses together? If so I need to order asap.
Your ornamental kale are so cute! 😁
So smart! I’ve spent a lot of money on connectors, emitters, and hoses…🤦🏾♀️ It’s just too hot here in the summer and I needed to make the investment. Troubleshooting is a headache every year.
My tulips look terrible this year. Many either haven't come up, or a rabbit ate them ☹. I love the drip idea for the raised beds.
I have used these hoses for 4 years in Northern Canada in my garden and they work great. Instead of purchasing landscape staples, I bought a 100 foot length of galvanized metal wire used for fencing, for $20. And cut 8 inch lengths with wire cutters
I think I’m going with the weeper hoses, at least in the front beds. It gets so hot here in the summer and I have been using sprinklers which is so wasteful. I have to water my containers every day, which will be fine if I have these weeper hoses for the beds.
Thanks for introducing a really new product. Seems perfect for rental apartments too!
Thanks for sharing the information because I was thinking about doing irrigation this year in my garden..I live in Zone 6A, so I think I will be sticking with hand watering and maybe purchasing weepers.. I appreciate you! Have a happy Easter!!🌷🌷🌷🐇🐇
I love to hand water too! I’ve used soaker hoses in the past when I used to live in Atlanta out of sheer necessity because it’s soooo hot down there! I know you will LOVE these hoses anywhere you want to avoid getting water on the foliage — especially the tomatoes right? Awesomeness that dusty miller overwintering!!! You have a green hand ✨💚🙏🏼✨
With the tulips that you pull their foliage, do the bulbs just disintegrate? I have some areas that all I got was leaves but I didn't know if I should go digging up the bulbs or if they'll just rot away. I had alliums that didn't come back and I can't find the bulbs at all where they should have been. It's hard to imagine they just disappear. Thanks.
A great watering alternative – so simple, esp w/quick connects.
The irrigation tape works best if you lay it flat. Use connectors and distribution hose to curve or start a new line
Trying to understand the tulips. I don't know why they don't return for you.in zone 5.???
Thank you! Could you do a video showing you preparing the vegetable raised bed BEFORE actually planting. I am a relatively new gardener, and it would really help to seed how you add compost to a bed used last year that has now sunken down some and needs amending.
Wow! That a cool irrigation setup, that would easily work for everything including containers. Love it. I wish we had it in my country ( South Africa).
I’m going to try to irrigate my beds this year. Your plan seems doable. Thanks
Omgosh my Indiana sister I woke up to snow here in Star City — just had to stop by and express myself lol — I’m so over this winter! Hope your tender plants are okay 💙🥶 😵💫
Thanks for sharing.
Will be ordering these. I saw a variation of these at my local dollar store but only came with one hose and no connectors. Thanks for sharing 👍🏽
I procrastinated so long setting up irrigation. Now that I plan to grow Zinnias, I have to. They don’t like getting their leaves wet. I also love hand watering. 💦
Nice 👍👍👍
I love these types of hoses.
Nice video👍👍👍👍
I need to start thinking about drip irrigation to make my life easier. This video might be a final nudge for me. Also…don't you wish tulips lasted longer in our area? Such a bummer they only bloom a couple seasons. They're so beautiful.
Great video 😃
