In this video I am showing you a garden tour of all the plants that are edible in the garden for January 2022.
Edibles in the winter/cold: Dates, alyssum, cabbage, Brussel sprouts, Swiss chard, kale, green onions, garlic, parsley, sage, cilantro, thyme, celery, kale, carrots, roses, rose hips, aloe vera, geraniums, cape honeysuckle, yellow tomatoes, hibiscus, camellias, dandelions, marigolds, society garlic, mint, yarrow, olive leaves and rosemary.
