Awesome progress!!! Congratulations on the Ag! Goals!
Bonfire!!!
I need that mulch in morriston. Davey! I've got 5 acres for you to load up. Let's go! Haha
Well now I know why I cannot get any mulch lately from the tree companies. lol. Looking forward to the new retail space however.
Wow, that looks like it will be brilliant, I really do envy the fact you get so much mulch, so easily. Still the problem here in the UK, they all want to be Millionaires, no free mulch to be had.
Keep growing on Pete.
So thrilled for y’all!!
Can see through your videos how hard you have worked over the years to get where you are. You continue to persevere and that’s a great thing to watch!
Sending Blessings for a great 2023 for you and yours!

Yay!!
Hey Pete, gonna be a long comment but I hope you give it a look. I've got an idea to get you on different people's radar and help to get kids more interested in plants (think cranberry hibiscus). I'm in The Florida Native Plant Society and gave a Power Point Presentation at one of our monthly meetings a couple years ago about how my condo is allowing me to clear all invasives off our complex's 26 acres, go native, and shortly after gave a walk (we call them field trips) of the property. I'm also a knowlegable forager and pretty good at knowing the larval host plants for our butterflies. During the walk, I was surprised at how many people could ID lets say Bacopa monieri, but didn't know it's edible, medicinal, and the larval host plant for peacock butterflies. I was thinking at your education center it would be SO COOL if occassionally you had somebody like Green Dean of "Eat The Weeds" come in and give a walk of your property and show people how a shocking number of weeds like Bidens alba e.g. are edible. Then have a dedicated native butterfly garden to show people what they need to attract them. I feel like there are too many disparate interests/groups concerning plants and it'd be cool if ONE place brought them all together, maybe selling the appropriate literature. I've been to a ton of nurseries and I haven't seen anything like that. Maybe innoculate some logs and grow and sell mushrooms also. Bee hives? Make it more interesting for kids, help get em off their darn phones! Met Jim last year, can't wait to meet you at the new nursery!
Looks good Pete! Thanks for mentioning the gravel, I hadn't thought about that. Will look into doing my own driveway so the trucks can get in and be able to turn around. I would love to have a loop driveway in order to have trucks easily come in. Would really like to know where you're buying your compost; I need a truckload and NPR is out of commission due to the tree snails. *Forgot to mention, if people are kvetching about taking down trees: when the growth is young and random out here it's difficult to get a good balanced tree out of a brushy stand. We all love to save as many oaks as possible but they need to have light and air from sapling stage or they tend to lean and bow. I'm leaving mine for now as young fruit trees grow under their canopy but later I'll plant specific live oaks and foster them to have balanced canopies.
Looks great! Thank you for the update! Wishing you all the best in the new year! Can’t wait to see what’s to come.
How Lovely. ❤. Am looking forward to you public infrastructure. We too just got bulked up with wood chips. Blessings to all. 🌞🌱❤️
Unbelievable! I believe it but what a great job!!! Exciting! Great work at Jim's too, you guys are working your butts off. Congratulations and thanjs for the updates. The place is looking gooood! Holy macaroni 😮, nice!
If you burn the piles from the top down and then water it before it all turns to ash, you’ll have a decent amount of charcoal.
Many blessings sent your way for the new year! The overhead video looks fantastic.
