In this update, we walk most of our backyard and see what is growing. Garden spaces are filling in with transplants while we are already thinking ahead about the summer heat. April is a good time in warm states to start thinking about shade for plants.
We will also be taking a quick look at a few citrus grafts that we did a couple of years ago and one we did last year. Additionally, we’ll be looking at a low budget container garden.

I'm amazed you already have tomatoes growing! I'm still growing my starts here in 8B Seattle :). Are you Chinese? I'm Chinese American and am also growing bokchoi, and maybe will try gailan as well.
The joys of living in California where we can grow all year round and not having to deal with the snow and just plain icky weather, thank you for the update
looking good!
Dang Brian! I'm always amazed at the variety of plants that you have. Well I am amazed always but it's a different amazement each time. Nice cage of the seedlings. That should keep the bunny out😄
Brian's Botanical Garden. Amazing as always! I love your little rabbit run. The peach blossoms are so pretty, the flowers look double. Off too google Red Baron Peach.
Looking great! I will plant sunflowers near the strawberries for summer shade bt your suggestion. 😊
