    you should replace narcisists for something more adequated, like "mediocres", or like i believe their origin here @ Earth being the "reptilians" with human bodies, or "descendants of reptilians", but with the same old limited mindset, so we can distinguish better where are the obstacles put on our way in these planet comming from, one pattern is always repeated: they consume large part of their sad existences "taking care" of our lifes…

    It is so helpful to see how all of their abuse happens in real time. They save up their frustration and anger and vent it later on those close to them. I can see more how this makes sense of where their anger comes from and how they are just waiting to feel better when they dump the blame and shame, for what is not working for them, out in the world. When I wonder where the negativity that comes out on me comes from, I can rest assured that it does not come from something I have necessarily done that is "wrong". They are already looking for what is wrong to blow up on. I can look outward at them and not always take it personally and look at me! This is a RELIEF!
