Barefoot walking is amazing it’s feeling connected to nature because we are part of it and that’s what we forget sometimes . If I feel anxious I go to the park whip my shoes off 😂💖😂 and oh my god that feeling when the souls of your feet connect to the earth is magical !! Now I am going to go find a tree Nadia 🧚🏻♀️ love the videos guys .

OMG re the Pampas Grass…I’ve recently heard that but back when I lived with my parents in West London and first got into gardening…I planted one in their front garden and a pink variety at that! 🙈😂😱

My parents had a pond in one of the houses we lived in and it was a LOT of work keeping it clean… not to mention the tons of mosquitoes it attracted (and predators — raccoons, snakes, etc. — that killed the fish! 🙁) xx

The meadow flowers are sparse because the seeds have been planted too thinly. I live next door to a Manoir, and they plant one every year. It is never sparse looking like that..Also the flowers are usually a foot and a half. But because of the lack of water they are all short like those this year. Too late for your meadow this year guys.x

perhaps you prefer the willow because asprin comes from willow bark, so it has medicinal qualities
