Check out my Balcony Garden Harvest In December. I show you my balcony garden vegetables and take you on a balcony garden tour inspecting some of the Winter garden damage but also sharing some garden updates. This vlog also features some of my balcony garden UK wildlife and of course the all important balcony garden harvest.

I hope this video inspires you to start gardening in your small spaces.

  1. What a jam packed video!! I am still in shock with the harvest! I wish I had gotten to it a little sooner. Do you have anything left in your gardens at the moment?

  2. Jason I was kind of worried about your fish too after the freeze. Glad they are ok but boy they were so hangry!!😅😅Whoa! I honestly wasn't expecting potatoes either but….Hey! Christmas Potatoes! That really is a thing lol. I think those leaf tips are daffs. Pleased with your harvest bro. Let's go with chilli jam. Nice hanging with a bro🤩

  3. Many gardeners are like squirrels: they plant some bulbs and then forget where they planted or what : so you are not alone with this

  4. The pond always looks like it freezes solid, but what I was taught, many many many years ago😜 was that although there is a frozen surface at 0⁰ as such, as you get nearer the bottom of the water it is still has a temperature of about 4⁰, which is why the fish are okay🙂

  5. Always surprised by the variety of critters that have found their way up to your highrise balcony to join the fish! Would love to see Chili jam too.

  6. Awww the fish are so sweet and obviously hardy little fellows. Glad you got some xmas potatoes and hey, size doesn't matter, they'll still taste yummy. You got a good little harvest for the time of year and I'm most surprised at the tomatoes. The new growth tips definitely look like Daffs. Hope you have a wonderful Xmas and I wish you all the best for the New Year. This has been a truly blessed year for you and long may it continue.

  7. This might become my favourite YouTube channel. Thank you for inviting us all to your balcony garden. Hopefully it will inspire others to do the same. It looks as though you have a south-facing aspect, which is advantageous, and no shortage of rain in Manchester!
Can you grow Buddleia in a container to attract butterflies, or would it be too vigorous in that space?
