  1. thank you so much for addressing the flowering thing on herbs and some vegetables changing the taste, it's something for me I found out the way you did… not a nice surprise. I really don't know why so many gardeners don't ever mention it.

  2. Oh, thanks so much for the all tips! I didn't know about watering. I just watered any time I wanted, and my plants have lots of white and dark spots. 😂

  3. That “rake”thing is called a cultivator. The white powder stuff on the leaves is called powdery mildew.

  4. I love how genuine you are! You’re part of the reason why I started my channel! Very inspirational💕 Great garden by the way!

  5. Honestly think the 'have fun with it' for your first season is the best comment. Some years certain crops won't do well that you were inundated with the previous year, but always helps you come up with new ways of using ingredients in the kitchen too!

  6. Great video. It’s fun seeing the evolution of your gardening knowledge. I was raised in SD and recently moved to to Midwest. There is a YouTube channel called epic gardening. He has many urban gardening tips and lives in San Diego also a book titled Square Foot Gardener has great tips for raised bed gardening. Enjoy playing in the dirt.

  7. aww dont hate lizards i have 3 pets that are my lil loves i rescued. lizards are ok to no want near u but u say yucck a lizard is like someone saying ew yuck i hate dogs…its not nice. and cuz u have some lizards lovin, pet rescueing subbs, i would think havin a channel u would wana be all pet friendly and open ur heart to see every living thing esp harmless deserve respect at the least not ew. not being rude just sayin n my feelings arent hurt there are many people that say ew when they see my reptiles. i wish we could stop the stereotyping cuz not all weird lookin animals are bad or gross. xojodia, gray's mum

  8. I agree with those who have recommended the “Garden Answer”. Laura has inspired and changed this black thumb into a successful gardener. You have done a great job with your current home in such a short time, and remember this is your first cut garden, well done, and thank you for being courageous for sharing.
PS: You’re looking beautiful, take care of yourself.

  9. Perfect timing video as Im renovating a small balcony to have space for a small herb garden

  10. Sharrah you look like a pop star in England called Kim Wilde who had a number 1 hit called kids in America in 1981. She now has become a great and passionate gardener. You are glowing beautiful by the way. X

  11. I love seeing so many comments recommending Garden Answer. Laura is the best. I've learned so much from her.

  12. You should put mulch down on your plants it will really help them but make sure that you make sure the soil is wet and saturated so then when you put the mulch down it will keep the soil wet and this will help them thrive

  13. And make sure you water by the by the stem and The Roots will also really help the plant the leaves actually don't need the water but make sure you put it your hoes at on this and or have it at a really gentle water and spring

  14. Could you make a video about cleaning tools storage? Because I'm about to move in to a small apartment and I don' have any ideas about where I could "hide" them. There will be not any laundry room, and my washer is gonna be in my bathroom! Any ideas?

  15. SHLM UHaB (peace & love, in Hebrew). You have the name that the Scriptures mistranslated as Sarah, which is the name of ABRaHM's wife, SHRaH (ancient Hebrew spelling). Also, your momma has the name the one married to Yitshaq, RBQaH (ancient Hebrew spelling). Thank you for your videos and your momma. I am Hebrew of the tribe of GD, which the world calls us Cherokee Indian. But we are of the vine of Yah. Please receive the Messiah as your personal Savior, as He is the only way to everlasting life. He was the One to Whom ABRaHM tithed (Genesis/BRASHYT), He was the Captain of Yah's Army (Joshua Book). I do not want you to receive the Tammuzian version of Him, not the Vatiganized version of Him. That would not be as Yah made us to do. But to be saved, receive Him. He came and was our Kinsman Redeemer, on PSHh, being the Perfect Lamb from heaven. He rose on the day of First Fruits, telling the woman Myriam (not His mom, but another one), not to delay Him, as He had to present Himself to the Father. He presented Himself as the First Fruits offering, for mankind, saved by Him, not those unsaved. The 2nd work of salvation is sanctification, where we are made right, not just in our choice of deed, but even our thoughts must be right. There is repenting, there is dying to self, daily, as in the words of Shaul. Do the 7 appointed times (Leviticus 23), but no more animal sacrifices, as we are now of the order of MLK TSDQ (King, Righteous), to Whom ABRaHM tithed. The Creator's Name is Hayah asher Hayah (Exodus 3:13-14), as what He told Moses. There is a curse to the G-o-d name (Isaiah 65:11-12), preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures. Whilst you are in Isaiah, read Isaiah 53, which describes the Kinsman Redeemer for BNY YSHRAL. And whilst Boaz was a TYPE of Kinsman Redeemer, the Messiah IS our PSHh Lamb, the Kinsman Redeemer for BNY YSHRAL and any who graft onto the Tree of Everlasting Life.

  16. This is my first year gardening . What advice would seasoned gardeners give for pests on plants ? Right now I seem to have pests destroying my green bean and cucumber plants .

  17. I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. Zucchini grows so easy there. Pick when small to medium. Do not let them get big. My tip. Thanks, I really enjoy your video,s.

  18. I am always having trouble keeping plants alive :)))) Maybe I will have more success in the future. Instagram: @laura.adriana.savu

  19. Sprinkle some Epsom salt in your beds and pots. Plants love magnesium, especially roses. And clean and oil your tools everytime so you dont spread decease and stops rust. Happy growing.😃

  20. It's not an outdoor gardening tip, but more indoor plant growing tip. After taking a shower, take your plants into the bathroom and let them relax there in the humid air. My plants love it.

  21. Great tip: Always water tomatoes at the soil not from the top down. Your garden looked great for your first season. Many veggies grow in shade, too. Pinterest has many charts about this. You can pin them to your gardening board.

  22. Jess from Roots and refuge farm has a great carrot planting video for consistent germination. She's close to Tulsa's growing zone too, so she's a good option. =)

  23. Befriended a farmer and joined his weekly veggie coop – definitely fills in the gaps around my limited gardening abilities! I stick some of his scooped out veggie seeds in good Miracle grow potting soil and a raised decorative pot, and voila! It's growing better than anything I've tried before!🍆🌽🍅🥒

  24. You’re so cute! Thanks! I’m still consider myself a beginner…remember you can eat broccoli leaves and radish and carrot tops!!

  25. I made raised beds this past season and it frames my flowers and veggies and makes it look pretty.

  26. The inconclusive decimal thessaly stay because cousin classically flower apud a useful oatmeal. husky, juvenile yacht
