I'm early!☺
I love this
In Australia. I need to sleep but I know what I'm listening as soon as I wake up.
Love you guys…. xx
Ooh lookey here I'm early! Doesn't happen often since I'm in NZ. Love you guys! Thanks for all you do 🥰😍
Happy new year!
Wearing contact?

I love the "wrestling with my shadow self"
I love that you emphasize that it is our successes and mistakes that give our lives direction. Too often we focus on what we perceived to “work” (our successes) and forget that we learn best when the experiment goes awry. Ex: My first marriage was not great but I do not call it a mistake. I call it a lesson that helped me just celebrate 36 years of marriage.
Thank you for this. May we all have a joyful and learning new year with many smiles, lots of hugs, the eyesight to see the good in those Oops and Drat It All! events we all experience and the patience with life we all need. I hope everyone is as compassionate with themselves as they are with others. To love, life, learning, and laughter in 2023! ❤😂😊
Amazing video and thank you for breaking it down!! Despite the economic downturn, I'm so happy 😊I have been earning $ 60,000 returns from my $9,000 investment every 21days.
I’ve seen videos of seals climbing on backs of boats expecting treats. Similarly- I love to see dolphins leap in play out of the ocean. It’s almost as if, they want to communicate with people. 😊
I, like Jonathan have participated in laughter therapy- not sure it worked for me, it seemed sort of forced and disingenuous. Curious if it works for others…. HNY🎉‼️
Best Christmas wishes Mayim

We are afraid of things that are different with ourselves and call them wrong because we are social creatures that want to fit in.
Speaking of privilege: The prescription aspect of the Canadian doctors’ advice is an important thing to acknowledge: they’re trying to get the yearly pass’s cost covered by national health insurance. This is vital for the many people who cannot afford the price of a pass. In order to further equalize access, officials must take note of the costs of travel to and from the parks, especially for people who live in urban settings that have limited resources and have a greater need for trips to parks. A pass is useless to those who can’t afford to own/maintain a car, train fare, lodging, meals, etc.
I highly recommend the YouTube videos that feature foxes playing on backyard trampolines. Not only are they clearly smiling — maybe laughing — but you’ll smile, too.
This year was awesome Dr Bialik. I don't think I learned something new this year but on April I returned to my birth country for the 1st time since December 2018 and now I'm here. I also went to Italy, where my father grew up. You're an awesome actress Dr Bialik! Keep your good job! I really miss seeing you as Amy in Big Bang Theory! Please reprise your role as her by narrating a spin-off sequel called Young Amy like Young Sheldon!
Thank you for doing this important work! It means the world to me, and has been so helpful.
I 100% feel the being further removed from the world when we change these things but I shifted my perception of that to feeling closer to the world I want to see which is corny af but hey its what I need sometimes 🤷🏼♀️
Scotland university fees are ALSO FREE for residents 😃
Thank You Both for your insights and help with a variety of mental health issues… Happy Holidays & Cheers to the New Year!
An amazing birthday present. Thank you ❤️🩹

I vote for this type of episode more often. Maybe every 3 months?
Also, anyone with a disability qualifies for a free national parks pass in America. You do need a note from your doctor stating your disability. (They include mental health things on the list that qualify.)
24:05 it’s important to have a “core muscle” strength when it comes to being healthy.
It means so much to me that you are posting these kinds of videos. I cannot wait the amazing content that you will have in 2023 Mayim!
Beer in hell is safer than water in Flint, Michigan.
I would love to see Meghan Markle on the show in 2023 and her fight back from horrible thoughts to happiness again.
