This past weekend was busy as usual with a lot of planting vegetables. We focused mainly on container gardening and preparing the in-ground garden. We did also finish planting a greenstalk.

  1. Wow you guys are doing it right and doing it well!!! Just curious why can you not harvest the rhubarb this year? There's nothing better than a strawberry rhubarb pie!!! I would love to see a pimento cheese recipe Angela Kay!!! I love pimento cheese in a nice crisp piece of celery!! God bless you both!!

  2. Another AWESOME VIDEO THX FOR SHARING ENJOYED IT THOSE PLANTS LOOKED GREAT AND THE SANDWICHES ALSO KEEP GROWING BE SAFE GOD BLESS

  3. I am growing the tomatillos for the first time this year. YES! They have all bounced back 🙂 I just bought about 12 5gal grow bags this year and I am excited to grow in them! I def need to cover my brassicas before they start to be pest-ridden. Beautiful Lily! bush beans are good for intensive gardening 9 to a square foot….Yes, Tomatillos need a partner for pollination. Cubanelle is really good pimento peppers. 12 inch is an acceptable depth for tilling. It doesn't disturb much. Have you grown to like container gardening more? I noticed you have added quite a few containers now. BACON!!! YUMMY 🙂 Thanks for sharing!

  4. +1 on the pimento cheese, please!
Y'all were busy bees this weekend. I love seeing all the beautiful plants & flowers. Looks like a very bountiful, well-deserved harvest coming. 🙂
Supper looked good, too. Nice & simple. Hope y'all are having a great week. ♥️🙏
