    Gorgeous! The only thing I would have done to the exterior was to power wash the driveway. Love all the bedrooms and the black handles on the wood cabinets looks great.

    Tom is so good. I remember the first time I saw him on your chancel I thought he made awkward choices for a flipper. He has really honed his craft.
    Side note: I love the exterior colors! The purple and blue are visually interesting, but the shades are not offensive and still neutral

    This house looks amazing but that flooring on the lower floor is driving me crazy secretly because tom was so good about making all of the other wood tones match. Personally if it has to be different, I would have maybe done with like a black stained "wood" or something completely different that didn't look so off against the stairs in the entry.

    The house is gorgeous! I love the unique design elements. They don’t look cheap at all even though they were pretty inexpensive.

    I love the renovations and updates but the only con that’s not really their fault is the layout. It’s a shame there’s no primary en suite bathroom because if there was that would’ve made it almost perfect.

    It's a very nice renovation. I felt every single space was well though out for functionality. I would've changed that side grass from the backyard into a a flower/plant mini garden instead.

    Tom's work (or is it his designer's work?) keeps getting better as time goes by. It's unfortunate he only made $50k after all the hard work but the buyer is getting a smoking deal!

    The laundry nook doors were a great touch… I would have liked to see that lower hall styled more purposefully. I noticed a second downstairs shower room on walkthrough

    This is Tom’s best flip BUT he always adds something expensive and unnecessary and the extra deck was it. It already had a patio, he just reduced the grass area and made the backyard feel smaller. Overall, 9/10👏🏽

    I think over all it’s nice but there were a lot of things that could be better. The bookcase was just extra and unnecessary. It doesn’t look like it would be practical to actually fill it up with books if you have to always open and close it to do laundry. The metal railing looks likes it belongs in an outdoor area, the old railing was better. I hate all the light fixtures, they were too specific and some looked bohemian while others were modern. The bathroom also had a mix of styles and colors that didn’t match. There was a mix of black and gold fixtures which doesn’t look good, the marble and black was modern, the wainscoting was farmhouse and the niche in the shower was bohemian. Also really dislike the accent wall, should’ve left it alone or really committed and done it to all 4 walls.
