    The interior layout is lovely, I understand it is loft type. But I would rather raise the roof on the other end side and make a family room or a work station space. This is just my view. That somehow the second floor of the house is wasted due to the design was focused more than usability. The ground floor, I love .. it is appropriately designed, great use of space. In our country where water distribution is quite challenging, I would rather have the clothes' washer at the ground floor on top of each other at the kitchen or placed in the service area with an all season roof to protect it. Still, this is a lovely design I will buy.

    This house has plenty to offer. A lot of natural lighting and great flow from all of the rooms carport for two cars.

    Gorgeous! I was especially happy to see the long storage closets in the kitchen and by the door leading to the car port. Another space incorporating beauty and functionality – bravo!

    No outlets at all in kitchen nor on counter top just how are people going to use small appliances? I see a lot of wasted space that can be use for more space.. you need really look at this home again.

    This is 1 of your best, IMO:
    ✔️Large windows, some of which can be opened
    ✔️Gorgeous high ceiling for main level
    ✔️Powder room on main level
    ✔️Ample space for living area and dining area
    ✔️More comfortable bar stools, with backs
    ✔️I appreciate that the laundry area is upstairs, and, most importantly, hidden from view from the main level
    ✔️Sturdy stair rails
    ✔️Room for 2 vehicles in carport
    ✔️Having a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, having more than one bathroom available for the 3 bedrooms
    There's just one thing I would add: ceiling fans in the bedrooms. I really dislike those large portable fans.

    A beautiful design, as always. One question: your designs usually have a microwave taking up wall space in the kitchen rather than being installed over the range. This set up is common for other designers to use as well but it puzzles me. Why have a hood over a range when you can save room by installing a microwave with a vent there instead? I must be missing something.

    I have 125 sq.meter lot area minus set backs. I hope the lot I have can accommodate this kind of design so pleasing to the eyes. I was thinking using yero,the cheapest I can build but very strong to stand 250 wind and fire resistant..

    How can something so small seem so spacious?!?! I love every single thing about this home, wow!!! Love the triangular window above the living room to match the slant of the roof, the laundry room is on the second floor so no tugging a laundry basket up and down the stairs, the kitchen is huge with so much storage / pantry space, the master bedroom has its own balcony AND has its own full bath apart from the guest rooms!!!! Well done! AMAZING DESIGN!!!! 👏👏👏

    這間房子我也很喜歡，屋頂高度感覺有比上星期房子屋頂高一點，這間房子高度是三米高樓因為梯階梯有比較多層，屋頂它有斜坡度，房子在下雪地方，屋頂有雪不用擔心下雪時候自然滑落，這間房子主人是高個子的人住的，另一個窗戶三角型造型藝術又漂亮，窗戶往外推很特別也藝術👍👍👍👏👏👏💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹

    Colocaría la zona de lavandería en otro logar menos visible, y de no ser posible lo ocultaria con un mueble con puertas abatibles y sensibles al tacto.

    Perfect. Where would the water heater and furnace be located? I live in Iowa pipes can freeze in the winter and summers are humid.
