great video!
Yea, SW is the best place to buy them too
does the venus fly trap need water
im getting one of these soon im getting ten seeds can you grow them singly from a seed at a time… so the roots wont get tangled up in each other cuz i dont want to waste my seeds they cost me 6$ from a site the site is called points2shop
I bought a 2×1 foot terrarium, set up the dirt and shit, PUT AN UNDERGROUND WALL (so I can have different types of plants on each side) And have both, flowers, a bonsai, and 2 venus flytraps growing in my new terrarium.
@HellHound60248 Where did you buy it from an can you do a video on your set up an plants?
@HellHound60248
Yeah….put a Venus fly trap in normal soil and you'd kill it….. VFTs only grow in acidic (ph3.5-5) nutrient poor soil, ie: peat moss.
Thank you
Are people just putting random shit in their refrigerator from now on? I've watched so many nature videos and heres what I've seen, Mealworms in the freezer, Hibernating turtles in their refrigerator, now fucking venus flytraps? What the hell!!!
For VFT its the real thing to put in into refrigerator when it looks dying.
dunno what the reason and why it can back to life, but I already prove it
and its works
i plant these dudes to eat those goddamn mosquitoes and flies. I put it in our dinning room.
and mosquitoes are small that the flytrap eat more mosquitoes
Terrariums keep them so wet that they rot and mold. I speak from experience.
Worthless video. She never mentioned that they need nutrient-poor soil or that you should only water them with distilled water or rainwater. That's why most of them die.
LOL.. I don't think I will put one in my fridge, next to all my food… it will be a little fridge of horrors
Hi! Cool video! Have you ever grown a TickleMe Plant? The TickleMe Plant won't hurt a fly but it will close its leaves when you Tickle It or even when you blow it a kiss!.
Google it
Where can I buy one? & how much are they?
wow 6$???? how could u afford it, it like a fucking fortune
Aww man, I been feeding mine too munch 🙁
she has nasty fingernails
hello friend, you want her to wear a dress and be in pink? there's no room for barbies in gardening, it's all about getting dirty
I have 2 venus fly traps
I just fed mine a ladybird
I live on the third story of an apartment complex that is right next to the ocean in Galveston, TX. Do you think the salt air/salt spray would be bad for the plant? I can't find anything that says something definitively.
Vft's do not need high humidity full stop 🙂
Check my collection out
Also the VFT only needs correct grow medium and rain or Ro water.
No idea why so many people try to complicate this plant lol
Ahhhh! I hate this video. It is sooo wrong! You can't grow Venus Fly Trap inside. Its going to die!!
My fly trap coming in to Spring Awakening with tiny green pearls all over soil in terrarium …have you seen this? I am new
NO TERRARIUMS
