  5. Hello Stivers!! Another great video from y'all. Two comments: I remember in a previous video Jen and you said you don't know what tomatillos are for….check out recipes on the Internet for SALSA VERDE. The salsa can range from mild to hot depending upon how many chili peppers you put in. But, tomatillos, onions, cilantro, etc. make a wonderful salsa for pork, chicken, shredded beef, etc. 2nd comment: The BORLOTTO, or BORLOTTI (plural of Borlotto) is an Italian bean that is WONDERFUL to grow until the pods dry. Harvest these beans and put them on a tray and let them "cure" or dry. Put in glass jars and dry can, or however you would like. These beans have a very "creamy", soft, mashable feel. I am Italian. We use these beans for minestrone soup, pasta fazool, etc. I'm sure they make a great "green" bean too, we just have never used them that way. They are a great storable bean. Love you guys, love your videos.
