  3. my lucky bamboo is turning yellow, I dont know why, Iv tried changing water more often but same thing happens. It gets light but not to much, I also use the green liquid that came with the plant but it keeps turning yellow. I dont want it to dye ๐Ÿ™ Please advise.

4-check out "luckybambooexpert" his videos are 100 percent perfect

  5. My lucky bamboo did Just Fine in rocks and water for 6 years. I also discovered that it did much better with distilled water as well.

  6. You keep saying its a house plant, and yet you put it outside and half killed the poor thing ๐Ÿ™

Mine has been living happily with me for many years now, planted in rocks not soil. Watered always.

  7. I have 2 lucky bamboo plants I bought that I put at my workplace. Both of the lucky bamboo plants were bought more than 2 years ago, & they are still healthy & tall. The lucky bamboo plants are fine indoors. I don't put them against the window. I put them on top of filing cabinet called the Panda & Bamboo plant corner. I have a panda sculpture attached to a big tree-like stump on that filing cabinet that is sitting on artificial green astroturf & the 2 lucky bamboo plants are on (cont.)

  8. each side of the panda sculpture. I can be good when it comes to taking care of indoor plants. I have many purple shamrock plants that my co-workers & I have helped sprout into many indoor pots & we give the purple shamrock plants to friends, family, & a few clients who really want one badly. At my workplace, we get lots of compliments on the purple shamrock & lucky bamboos. One time, this guy asked if he could buy a plant I helped take care of out of the many at my workplace for his (cont.)

  9. girlfriend for Valentine's Day. ๐Ÿ˜€ My workplace is NOT even a greenhouse or flower place. But we receive many compliments each time kids & adults arrive at my workplace. It's like stress relief for people to gaze & look at our plants & flowers. If I had a side job, I'd probably be good at running a flower & plant shop or being a party planner, decorator, or personal shopper. Like somebody else said, LuckyBambooExpert has great videos on how to properly grow & maintain lucky bamboo's health.

  10. ok i've had my bamboo for a year now and last week one of the stocks stated turning yellow at the top of the stem and is going down please tell me what's

please note I've not done anything new just bottled water, indoors shady sun, and i've only pruned it twice to take off broke leave and that was in august

  11. I just found that out. Afriend brought some by for me to plant sit. I left them on the front porch out of direct sunlight thinking it would be a fine a fine spot. 4 days later they started yellowing. They were NOT HAPPY. I thought that I had ruined them. Nice to know that they will revive. ๐Ÿ™‚

  12. Oh hey! Have you heard about – zrumplina diy aquaponics (google it)? Ive seen some incredible things about it and my mate grew cool fruits with it.

  13. Why keep doing things that are unhealthy for your plants to need to bring them back to life? I do everything in my power to keep mine happy & healthy!!

  14. that is a really huge pot for that lucky bamboo.. The reason for the yellowing is that because the pot it's in is too big when you water it takes longer for the soil to dry out so that means changes for root rot, soggy stems, yellow and brown tips. Lucky bamboo like small pots p, preferably clay for airation

  15. Had a question, been growing lucky bamboo for 2 years and one of my bamboo now has a growth coming from under the soil and it seems attached to the bamboo..what is it?

  16. I want to use lucky bamboo for a tarantula of mine. It will be webbing up on the bamboo because it is an arboreal tarantula. The only idea I have to keep the root system healthy is to basically have a fishbowl at the bottom with gravel for nitrogen. Is that a good idea or a bad idea??

  17. I have Lucky Bamboo, mine is shaped in a heart & some of them are squiggly, I've had it about 3 or 4 yrs. But my question is… how do I safely cut the shoots off without damaging my main plant… I don't want to change the shape of it, the shoots are really tall I'm so scared that I'm going to damage my plant. Thank you for any advice you can give me

  18. I have guppies and grow lucky bamboo in their tanks. They help ri filtering the water. They are great. Also have a set in water on my kitchen counter. Very healthy.

  19. Hi I have a bamboo place that I have on my kitchen window but the other day it was turning yellow just one you talk about it in the you tube. So now I need to know it was in a small thing it has grow should I put it in a bigger pot it was in mostly soil or in water?
