Wooden spoons are fun to make and a good way to stay warmed up with your woodworking. They also make great gifts and are good scrap wood projects.
I’ve been doing more carpentry/construction work lately turning the shed into my wife’s home office so making this spoon was a nice break and a good way to spend a Saturday morning in the shop.

I've carved a couple of spoons by hand to high school shop standards. There's certainly a place for power tools too. Great job!
Cool video Jon. I bought some hand carving tools to make spoons but that power chisel is awesome. The barn looks great also. Question, have you thought about offering training classes? That maybe food for thought….🤘🤘🤘

You talked about 2 strips of wood near top of ceiling. Just a thought hear, make the strips so you could mount led light strips for in direct light. I have found it more comfortable to work at my desk without a harsh light.
