    👎👎THE STAIRS ARE BEYOND RIDICULOUS, BLOCKING THE ENTRANCE. I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS, BUT THIS HOUSE IS SO DISRESPECTFUL TO ARCHITECTURE AND BASIC COMMON SENSE. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD ANYONE DO THAT TO A 15-MILLION-DOLLAR HOME? LUCKILY, THE STAIRS DESIGN IS AN EASY FIX.

    15 mil for a house that is less than 5,000 sqft interior? Lmao. I guarantee if I go on Zillow/Redfin and see the history it was probably at most $4,500,000 a couple years ago which is where it belongs. These prices in Miami Beach are obscene. Definitely would choose Boca/Highland Beach over this any day.
