In this week’s episode on Art of Gardening, Melissa will take us eleven years back to when they first purchased their piece of land. It had a massive transformation and is only getting better! Looking at it, you wouldn’t imagine the huge patches of dirt and weed taking up much of the lawn compared to how it looks now. How did she do it? Simple, follow the basic rules of gardening.
Her lawn is her canvass. Like most lawn nuts, we take great pride in the beauty of our lawns, from doing the art of mowing (“mowcation” as Melissa calls it), making lawn stripes, to aerating your lawn, to planting the most verdant grass in it.
They said if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. That also applies to lawn care and gardening. You should have a proper plan for each season to ensure your grass thrives every time the season changes. What basic rules do you follow to ensure you keep your lawn as pristine as it can be?
