Too much screwing around and wasting time on the PP. Monty using 4 forwards on the 4 on 3 in OT was just stupid, McAvoy would have been better than Krejci out there.
unfortunately, the collapse has started…500 hockey from here on out!
I would give Hall more minutes on the PP, and in 4 vs 3 and 3v 3 situations…..he is playing as well as anyone…..
The horrible call on Clifton was the turning point…to be followed by an equally horrible call on Carlo was brutal…too much to overcome,,,,but no excuse for us in terms of the OT powerplay….I like Hall right now to play more on the PP and also in 4 v 3 and 3 v 3 situations…back to this game…at least we get another point…which means something….I have nothing against 'ties'…the team needs to come up with a 60 minute, aggressive, Bruins-Hockey performance vs Columbus…
Bs pretty much slept-walked through the third period. Giving up the first goal hurt, but still could have held on were it not for those brutal penalties at the end (with @4 min left). I don't like Monty going w/4 fwds in the OT PP – should use McAvoy as the QB at the top. They need better puck movement on the PP overall – it's too static right now.
