Kirstie catches up with vicar Ian and his wife Peta from east London. And Phil revisits Ben and Lucy in south London.
Property professionals like Phil Spencer and Kirsty Allsopp know all the secrets of successful house-hunting: being clear about what you want, aiming high and, above all, being prepared to compromise.
Our experts work to a brief of must-have attributes: number of bedrooms, character property or new build, but the most important aspect is always… Location, Location, Location! From auction houses and estate agencies, to websites and word-of-mouth, they leave no stone unturned in their quest for the best. They then have the unpredictable task of showing the house-hunters around a shortlist of properties that appear to fit the bill. Will they have judged their tastes correctly? Do these people even know what they want?

Promises to be a hilarious episode!
Vicars and knickers!!😜😜
I hate entitled women like this
Downsizing is a huge job but can glean cash for the next step on the journey. We sold a LOT of belongings and earned money for two year's worth of property taxes. START EARLY as downsizing takes a lot of time. It took us almost two years of work and even then, we had a lot we could not sell and had to donate a TON of belongings (a house worth) but it was time to leave our property. We only got 30 days to get out!! Kirsty, navy blue and purple are your colors-wear them more!!
“Now, I am concerned, but for you, Phil
Christ, could they have possibly tried to play up that woman any larger than life? It's nauseating the lengths one must go to praise "women of color".
My god four miles away and she couldn’t find her way back. That’s so sad
The next to the last apartment for the single lady was so sophisticated in design ! Gorgeous. For the vicars I liked the smaller house with the birds and back garden. But, I can see how they want to be where the action is and live in the center of activity.
Phil's client is an absolute brat! Kudos to Phil for remaining professional as always and keeping his temper.
Wants Kensington Palace accommodations on a council house budget for the postcode she wants.
Doesn't accept the reality of the fact that she can't afford to get what she wants.
I like chasia and I love the vicar couple 🎉
She’s not a “business woman “. She’s just cheap…….and cheeky.
chasia needs a 1 million flat… she has no idea.. what a posh women..😂
the couple is wonderful, very nice.
I really liked the basement flat that Phil showed Chasia. So light and bright with a gorgeous garden. Thanks for the upload.
Kirstie spilling the wine as she pours at the end! Finish that bottle, girl! Lovely episode. That "bird" garden was really nice.
2 beautiful people, life in tow
and Missy Demandy
The vicar's wife on the stairs… I get why they probably glassed in the staircase, but how ugly. Insulate the house and heat it already
Phil and the Vicar gossiping about the ladies 😂 I'm finished🤣
hello dear friend, your video is very good, my family is from the mountains of the north of vietnam, my family wishes you a lot of health
That's one cool vicar. As for the spoiled brat I hope her knickers go bust.
That woman is nuts, and very spoiled, may God be with Phil. Loved the older couple, these were so lovely, how cool that they were in a park lot drinking, wine.
How frustrating.
Shazia wasn't at all likeable and I suspect the reality was that she couldn't afford what she wanted. Disappointing that the vicar pulled out of the deal.
