I saw this house with the boarded up windows and the crazy overgrown lawn and I just had to clean it up. There was lots of poison ivy, overgrown curbs, buried sidewalks, and tall grass.

I was able to talk with the neighbor directly next door and he told me that it’s been vacant for quite some time. There were squatters in it last year and now there are raccoons living in the basement now. I was able to get it looking a lot better for the neighborhood and the neighbor was really happy with how it turned out!

  1. Awesome job! It amazes me how many so-called abandoned homes there are. I also don't understand why the city works don't take care of city property.

  2. Hi Spencer, Well it sure looks like another great job. Thanks for caring how much some folks just can't seem to take care of their property!! A hell of a lot of people just resort to calling the city to go out and give them a ticket fine. That never does any good. Is it any wonder why people just go out and pop them with a gun?? Everyone hates a Rat!!
There is always a good reason for the grass not being kept up. Here in Louisiana we don't have "Glory Boys" (loving men who do very nice things). In winter when it's cooler, that's when l call someone to come help me get a jump on delayed mass trimming. If numb nuts biden would have sent us Veterans/Seniors another stimulus my back yard over growth would have already been done. But Noooo, I have to skip buying things I desperately need just to save to be able to pay someone decently. People like you are so under appreciated. Oh, l meant it to not capitalize that fake president's name. 🌴🌹

  3. That little house looks happy now. You did a good job. Thank you. You are a wonderful person. You need a mask when
around poison oak or poison ivy. It gets in the air and if you breathe it you can get it in your lungs. It really makes you feel bad. It’s also
painful. God bless you and keep you safe always. ❤️🙏🙏👍👍🌟❤️

  4. I love watching you at work, I really do. I unsubscribed for a time because I'm a 65 years old animal rights activist of 50+ years, vegan, animal rescue etc. You mentioned hunting once & I thought, I'm not supporting this guy if he's hunting animals. "Support", I mean, I only tipped you once or twice. But as long as you feed your family, including pets, with the poor animal that's been sacrificed, and it's HUMANE, no bow & arrow bullshit, then I get it. It's better than buying tortured animals from factory farming. So good luck and keep up the great work. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BACK AND JOINTS NOW, honey, take joint supplements etc. Wear a goddamn mask & safety glasses FFS, take care of yourself for the future. ✌️

  5. Another jov well done, Kudos to Spencer! ❤❤❤❤❤Thank you for sharing your video with us and have a Wonderful Evening!

  6. This is going to sound so silly, but one of my favourite parts of this is how you are so meticulous about trimming and scooping up all of the grass, and then when all that’s left is dirt, you tun on the blower and blast it all to infinity. It’s like, obviously it’s unreasonable to try to scoop up every single grain of dirt or blade of grass, but you still want the pavement to be clear, so we’ll just blow it. I love these videos. Actually, I started being meticulous about all of the weeds that grow in the cracks, and edging the lawn after each mow, because it just makes everything look like new. Thank you for sharing!

  7. I just hope the cities you work in appreciate you cleaning up the gutters and sidewalks. In my opinion they should donate some $$ to you for the job!

  8. You must feel the same thrill that an archeologist does upon discovering what lies beneath ….. 😊. I do just watching your videos❣️

  9. It is so crazy that it seems the abandoned houses are on the corner! Why do the neighbors not call the city?

  10. I think there's a special place in heaven for folks like you. Doing things like this gives homes back a bit of beauty and the people who live there a bit of dignity. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  11. I'm actually one of those people that thinks you should get permission before making changes to another's property. I mean atleast research it alittle. Perhaps they have a special rose bish or something their dead parent planted and you destroy it unintentionally. I guess what I'm saying is ya never really know and it's actually still trespassing even if you are well intentioned. There are sites in each county that you can search properties and find the Owners in usually one afternoon. It's usually called G.S.I mapping it should be in the County's website. I get what your doing and can appreciate it to a degree but to each their own though. If I had a property that appeared overgrown I wouldn't want anyone on it without my consent.

  12. I have a love hate with this, part of me is like YES! mother nature is reclaiming what's her's, but then I'm like, this is satisfying to see it cleaned up.

  13. I can see how this makes you happy..I feel the same way but I like to clean the inside! The dirtiest is funnest

  14. Hi Spencer, it is nice to watch another of your videos, I am from Argentina but I've living in Chile for the last decade. It is always interesting browsing your content not only to appreciate the service you perform to your community but also to know more about the differences between our countries in terms of quality of living, attitudes, city layouts, and the like. It is both educational and inspiring. Kudos for your great content!
