  1. San Diego would like to rent for 6 months out of the year in Orlando or maybe purchase a second property in Orlando

  2. Tech and medical help even out the hospitality jobs with average pay. Most IT/computer engineering positions pay in the range of 60k to well over $100k. Also, we have a fair number of remote workers like myself (although I moved here for Disney, but got a remote job once COVID hit).

  3. you should do a video on Mecum car auction, they come to Kissimmee in early January, and they have beautiful cars there. , you can spend the day there just looking at beautiful cars, and watching the auction is fun too.

  4. Where is the new neighborhood that you mentioned near lake nona in the map? Is it toward the north part of Lake Nona or south near Saint Cloud?
